"The property was okay. Had a decent parking space and very close to Johnson Space center. The property itself is little old, but the rooms were okay and felt it is not worth the price. I had a check-in time of 3 pm and I reached after 4 pm and even then they made us to wait for 45 minutes which felt strange. I can understand if it was 15-30 mins but this was not a good experience at all. For complimentary breakfast they did not have bread, milk or eggs either and it was just coffee and some...

"The room we stayed in was very spacious and comfortable. The only thing was that it had two temperature control panels. When putting the heater on in the one with the bedroom, it would not heat at all. We had to turn it off and turn on the one that is by the kitchen wall. Even at that, we set it all the way to 90 degrees and it barely heat up throughout the cold nights. Everything else was good. "

"The property was very welcoming to our pet, staff were friendly and very helpful. The cleanliness of the room was the problem, particulary the bathroom. "

"We asked for a rollaway bed ahead of time as stated on the hotels website that they were available and when we got there they had none. Bed was uncomfortable and my son had to sleep on the couch which was hard and smelled. Shower overflowed and got bathroom floor soaked. "

The stay had several reasons that were mostly dishonest....rain storm, new cable company, problem with equipment, etc. They said the manager knew the problem but nothing else was done. Also, no snacks in the snack bar and limited bar beverages. I will not return. "
