"The first room I was in the shower didn’t drain and flooded the bathroom. The rooms have been attempted to have been updated, but the building itself felt very out dated. The room I got moved to hadn’t been cleaned all the way, the trash cans were full and dirty linens on the counter still. The 3rd room was decent but there had been no spider mitigation of the balcony’s or pool area. "This hotel exceeded all expectations. From the moment we walked through the doors we were blown away by the cleanliness, friendly staff and the comfort. Traveling with little kids can sometimes be chaotic. The lobby offered little board games and foosball to keep my kids entertained. It was such a nice touch that made traveling a breeze."

"First off, the desk clerk could not find my Expedia reservation and was not helpful in resolving my problem. We ended up paying for 2 nights AGAIN with the hopes that Expedia would refund my money. This hotel is being renovated. The 1 working elevator was sketchy. Our room (suite) was newly renovated and nice but hot.
