"The room was OK, but finding the hotel and finding the room within the hotel were both very difficult. They also asked for an additional card checking fee before check-in, though thankfully they waived this when we queried it. The remote check in made the start of the stay very stressful, but once we were in it was fine. There are some lovely period features in the property, but some of the paneling is actually wallpaper!"

"Was in Brighton to see Eric Prydz concert. Needed somewhere straight forward to stay. This hotel is good - Clean, modern and friendly staff. I think the other negative reviews are quite harsh"

"I booked the sea view room for my girlfriend’s birthday and it was incredible. The whole hotel is so so beautiful, chic and well designed. The staff are amazing both front of house and spa. We have left feeling very relaxed and will definitely look at staying in some of the other locations! "

"Staff were all really pleasant and helpful. Room was recently refurbished, lovely decor, furniture and bedding. Had bar snacks in the evening in beautiful surroundings and the food was very good. Used the valet parking at the front of the hotel, which was wonderful as it was pouring with rain! Overall a great trip🎄!"
