Graduation stay

A great place to stay with family and friends and pets. Just be sure you list your pet before you stay other than that. It’s a great place.The beds are amazing and he has unlimited supply of hot water. By the way please upgrade your pillows. They are horrible.

NOT LOCATED DOWNTOWN: Nice house, misrepresented location, terrible check-in process

LOCATION MISREPRESENTED. This property is NOT LOCATED in DOWNTOWN Houston as presented on VRBO (which is where I needed it to be, close to the Art District and Convention Center). You are not provided with the real location until 3-5 days before your arrival, which is well past the refund date and after they have already collected ALL of your money. OUTSIDE OF DOWNTOWN. This property is actually located in a brand new development that is still under construction about 20-45 minutes for downtown depending on traffic. CLEAN, MINIMALIST HOUSE - NOISY. The house itself is lovely, brand new, clean and well apportioned for a rental. IF I had been sight-seeing in both Galveston and Houston, this would have been a great location for a larger family or three small families to make a home base except for the construction truck/noise starting at at 5am. The drive-through Starbucks near the community entrance and the nice gas station near the exit were both great. THE OPPOSITE OF ACCOMMODATING. The property manager is difficult to work with and difficult to reach. He was supposed to send a contract via text or email (which wasn't clearly communicated) but he never did until after check-in time. He only works during the day so if you arrive late for some reason, and he hasn't followed through on his end, you won't be able to access the property!

Check in was supposed to be at 4pm but I received a call saying I couldn’t check in at 4 cause cleaning people were behind.So I finally got to check in 2-3 hours.Asked was I going to compensate for not being able to check in on time and they offered we $20!!!The house had a bad smell but it looked clean..The left wet clothes in the washer and No toilet paper in the bathroom…The location was nice and quiet …
