DO NOT STAY HERE

If I could give this home zero stars I would. Upon arrival, there was another person trying to get into the home. The host took forever to get in contact with. The house had so many damages, and I took pictures of EVERYTHING and have messages between me and the host where she is admitting fault, yet she wanted to charge my card for damages, when that is completely false. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Everything was broken

The neighborhood was bad. The streets was covered with trash. Got inside the house there were old socks in the closet. Condoms in trash, every game system that is showed is broken. The furniture was broken too. I will never return back to this house. I was very disappointed.

Don’t waste your money

Everything is broken pool table broken air hockey broken basketball game broken coffee table broken Dinning table broken. When I first arrived there was a small van in the driveway strike 1 Strike 2 came when the key pads didn’t work so since I seen the van outside I decided to knock a man came and opened the door said he was there to fix the pool table and the coffee table he was there from 4-9pm “fixed the table with wood and duck tape crazy I have pictures of all of the broken tile also have videos as well don’t make the same mistake I did almost 500 I’m out of and of course the host still hasn’t responded.

Good value

The place was perfect for a little get together. It was spacious, clean, with plenty of games to use. Driveway fits 4 cars, some space is available on the street. The area seems a bit sketch, but the neighborhood was quiet and calm (: I would def book again.

Fun for the family

We were traveling to Houston for our daughter to show at the Houston livestock show and needed a place for our family of 6 to stay. This location was convenient to NRG stadium. The house was very clean and I had picked this particular house so the kids would have things to do while not at the livestock show. The pool table, basketball and air hockey were all a hit! At first sight I was a little concerned with the neighborhood but it ended up being a quiet place at night. There is an empty lot across the street that is pretty trashy. We enjoyed our stay.

No way this home was cleaned prior to our arrival

When we arrived we found no toilet paper anywhere and trash cans all half full (bathroom cans had no liner inside and only an empty box of liners under a sink). Specifically the master bath was full of used feminine products. There were no linens on the master bedroom bed and there were three full laundry baskets including wet towels and what seemed to be the comforter/sheets inside them. I text the number the owner had text check-in instructions to then called and spoke with a man who was polite and stated they would be right over. 3 hours later we left for dinner and I asked her again if they were coming because they had not arrived. She said they were there now. Convenient they arrived right after we left. At that point she did state she would refund me half the cleaning fee. When we returned, house still was not up to par. The master bedroom had the flat sheet on but the top sheet and pillow cases were just lying on top (pillowcases to every pillow in the house were just lying on top of them). The comforter was still in the laundry basket next to the laundry basket with the wet towels. Master bathroom also had no clean towels in it. They had to be retrieved from the laundry room. They were folded though. The red double twin room had only one comforter in sight with zero extra blankets to be found (The ONE in the master closet had to be used by the couple in that room since we weren’t sure if the comforter in the laundry basket was clean). There was also a shirt, candy, a condom wrapper and some sort of pill possibly under one of those beds. Neither bathroom had hand soap in the dispensers. The second had a toothbrush in the holder without packaging (was it used and left there??) The refrigerator does not cool properly and smells extremely strongly of fish or shrimp. There were water bottles half empty and other foodstuffs left behind that we had to remove to fit our belongings inside. We discarded them in the kitchen trash can that was already half full on our arrival. When I messaged the owner before check-out about all of the issues she did issue a refund for the rest of the cleaning fee. She was very apologetic and easy to deal with. I hope that for her sake she gets a way better cleaning crew who helps the home reach its potential!! The house is absolutely beautiful and well-decorated. The work that has been done is obvious but I have never rented a home and had this many cleanliness issues.
