"Cheap and cheerful hotel, self check in/out, amazing location parking onsite close to Olympic park. A bit tired but a beautiful old hotel and clean/comfortable stay. We would visit again."

"The room was very big which was nice but it was lacking appropriate furniture like a sitting chair or couch. It was half empty and the balcony had two plastic chairs. For the price and the Crowne I expect better. Pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. Early check in was good as we were attending an event."

"Easy check in and good walking distance from the train and bus station Room was nice and clean Check in process was easy and staff were nice"

"Shops nearby, you can still find lots of good food nearby, and reach them in a short distance. The room was clean, but unfortunately for me, when I arrived, there were a couple of towels and a floor mat in the washing machine not dry and placed."

"Easy check in, booking and clean little room. Good value for it’s money for a quick over night stay"

"Room was pretty good, best we've stayed in for a pub room. Just more milk wouldve been nicer instead of very little little tub be prepared to buy milk . Had only two water bottles in bar fridge but it's pretty good for one night stay, staff were friendly. We didn't have food this time there but next time we will was cheap menu daily specials etc."

"Es necesario pintar rl hotel externamente"

"No comment it was all good "

"My Wife & her twin sister left their passports in the safe at the hotel and only noticed at check-in at the airport( 10 hours later lol), the staff at the hotel headed up by David came to the rescue and very kindly returned their passports to them at the airport via an uber they could not have been any more helpful. The food, atmosphere and staff over the 12 day trip were fantastic can defo recommend KW & DW"

"Spacious room and Clean bathroom"

"Buen hotel, excelente servicio "

"Really nice hotel, very big bed room, modern and clean, comfy bed. Liliana in the reception is very friendly,so very happy for that. However the day of check out, the Asian girl with glasses that was in the reception, was super rude. I checked out , instead of saying thanks or good bye, she said you got a a very cheap price for your room... She was very obnoxious in front of everyone. I not the one putting the prices of the rooms. Just because of that I was quite upset the whole day."

"Excelente lugar. Amables con el check-in, cuarto impecable y además el día de mi salida me dieron oportunidad de dejar mis maletas un par de horas. Gracias 😌"
