"The flat was fairly spacious and the bed was quite comfortable. The living room has a sofa bed, as well. Kitchen and living spaces were clean and tidy. The kitchen could have had more cooking equipment, considering it was a self-catering flat. For example, there was a pot but no colander! Local area was nice and people were friendly. Easy walk to several bus lines. "

"Great location just tucked off the main central cross in Brighton. 5 mins from the rail station and with a taxi rank outside. Not that you need it, as pretty much everything is within a 5-10 minute walk. Staff were charming, helpful and friendly. We were celebrating a birthday and an anniversary, what a lovely surprise to find a bottle of prosecco on ice in our apartment and a bag of treats! Thank you so much. "We loved the location, size and style of the flat. There was ample bedding, towels and everyone seemed to get a good night’s sleep. The sizeable dining table was really useful. The bar downstairs can get a bit noisy but it didn’t affect us as we went out in the evenings and it was closed when we got back.It was a little rough around the edges, one of the bedroom blinds fell down, the bathroom lights stopped working and lots of the other light switches didn’t seem to do anything. "Very sweet boat in lovely location. I didn’t hear back from the owner re check in until the day I was checking in despite 3 emails. The boat was lovely, had a great nights sleep and pretty location. All very clean and lovely. Flushing the toilet was a little challenging. We went to a concert at Hampton Court and it was a great location to visit there. A lovely time was had"
