Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located house near the shores of the Wimmera River in Horsham. Head out your front door and explore the walking tracks and playgrounds next to the river.
Listen to the birds at sunset while you relax in the outdoor area with a bbq, wine or beer.
New, clean and stylishly renovated with unlimited wifi, parking on site and room for up to 6 people. Your ideal stop over for a refreshing break or longer stay.

Located on the banks of the Wimmera River with easy access to walking tracks, playgrounds, public bbq areas and a short drive to local shops and restaurants.

100 m to the Wimmera river, approximately 1 km to local shops and restaurants. Easy access by car or walking.
Strictly no smoking, parties or events. Quiet time between 9 pm to 8 am each day.
When leaving please ensure all lights, heating.cooling is turned off. Place the house keys and garage door opener on the hook in the kitchen BEFORE you leave through the front door.
Please empty the rubbish buns and place in the outside bins as you leave.

Beautiful modern clean quiet house in a fabulous location almost on the river (short walk less than 1 block), in an area that lends itself to walks or picnics, while close to the town centre. Lots of room and everything that you could want in this house, highly recommended.

Lovely little house

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. It is just 2 minutes walk to the nearby river which was lovely. The double blinds in each room are a plus to block out light for the little ones to sleep. Spacious house as well for the whole family.

Comfortable place to stay. However would have been more comfortable if front door was accessible & fitted with lockable fly wire screen. No lock on back door screen. Weekend was hot & flow through air at night would have been good Shade umbrella needed for outdoor setting

Great but..

We enjoyed our stay, very nice comfortable house with every convenience. A/C turned on before our arrival to cool house a nice touch. Problems: 1. Could not get the Microwave to work, I have worked all manner of them in the past but not this one. Need instructions which we could not find. 2. A/C worked well at start, but early evening went down to 18C by itself and would not allow adjustment. System is quite complicated and again no instructions. 3. The TV control was frustrating, very hard to get it to work properly, badly worn out I think. 4. No instructions on operating garage door. I had to raise by hand to get out because of some sort of over-ride on the auto system I had probably caused inadvertantly. Hope all this helps.

Perfect accommodation!

We absolutely loved our 1 night stay here, the place was perfect. It was very roomy, with 2 nice living room areas. Everything was clean and the 3 big double beds were also very comfortable. Contact with the host was easy and effective. Would definitely stay here again!

Brand new 3 bedroom house. Extremely clean and well maintained. Nice big garage. The host had put the aircon on for us so it was lovely and cool on arrival. Very easy to communicate with. In a lovely area close to the river so great for walking. Would highly recommend.

Expectations exceeded

Fantastic property, clean and fresh, very nice decor, well equipped. Close to river and shopping centre. On our arrival, the house was nice and cool, as the air conditioner had been turned on, prior to our arrival. A bonus being able to park 2 vehicles in the lockable garage. Highly recommend to others.
