"We enjoyed our stay. It had great facilities for the family - bbq, pool, spa, gym, board games, table tennis. Our chalet was looking a bit tired and in need of a spruce up, however it had everything we needed which made for an enjoyable stay. "

"The beds were clean and comfortable. It has a pretty view of the lake. Great communication with host. Nothing really in walking distance, but we were able to easily call Ubers. Overall the property needed a deep cleaning. "

"Front desk staff were super friendly and helpful – really appreciated the quick responses and warm welcome. Room was modern, clean and well set up. Loved the private spa pool – such a treat. Heated pool, sauna and BBQ area were a bonus too. Would happily stay again. Cheers team!"

"The stay was great - easy place to stay close to Wai-o-tapu Thermal Wonderland which is why we wanted to be there. Clean, roomy, nice bed and reasonably private. Very quite and scenic. Needs a curtain for the kitchen window and a bigger mirror in the bathroom. Also beware: no Wifi. I had two 4G bars on my phone so that was good enough but pretty limited."
