"The Graoe Escape was exactly what we were looking for. It is camping without the tent! The view was wonderful, woke up and went to sleep with sounds of nature. "This property is top notch. By far the nicest 'Cabin in the Woods' I've ever seen. Clean and comfortable inside and out. A great covered deck for bird watching and enjoying the peaceful countryside. The kitchen was very well furnished with everything you need for meal prep and entertaining. We will be back someday soon."

"My wife and I planned a short trip to do a little hiking and visit a few wineries. There were several wineries within a short drive of town. The Hammondsport Hideaway was conveniently located in town just a short walk to shops and restaurants. It was very clean, cozy place with a comfy king size bed."

Very easy to find with good parking, plenty of space to lounge and entertain, nice electric fireplace for heat and central air to cool, overall it was really nice. Check-in was easy and the town is quiet and safe. The only reason we’re giving it 4/5 stars is because there was a fairly strong smell of wet dog in the rental upon arrival. They are pet friendly so we assumed a past renter stayed with their dog and allowed...

"Great stay! The house is equipped with everything! Extra spices and oils for cooking; shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the showers; outdoor toys; and more! Beautiful master bedroom and bath. House is located in a great location, so much to do all around. We enjoyed lounging by the pool and using the outdoor grill to cook. Beautiful sunsets at the front of the house!
