"The flat was fairly spacious and the bed was quite comfortable. The living room has a sofa bed, as well. Kitchen and living spaces were clean and tidy. The kitchen could have had more cooking equipment, considering it was a self-catering flat. For example, there was a pot but no colander! Local area was nice and people were friendly. Easy walk to several bus lines. "

"I have already posted a review yesterday and would repeat that statement again."

"Shame on Expedia for not refunding the amount. We did not stay at the hotel. The place said they would send information, which they didn’t. We arrived with our two tired kids and called Expedia because the host did not answer calls, texts or What’s App messages. Then we got texts from another number that stated the room was not clean but we could stay there. A person came out and said her room was filthy. The host on What’s App said they would refund the money but would not pick up when Expedia...

"Bastante bien en general. La comunicación no ha sido muy fluido. Para entrar en el piso hubo problemas en las claves. El piso bastante nuevo y bien cuidado, la limpieza bien aunque eso depende también de los huéspedes de las otras habitaciones. Recomendable para estancias largas por trabajo o similares. Conexión a internet muy debil."

"Very well-organized and they paid a lot of attention to detailing every aspect and documenting it on their website. The self check-in and check-out is smooth and went without any issues. All appliances worked perfectly. The hallway was a bit noisy, especially when other apartments close their doors, it shakes the whole apartment. The check-out is 10 AM which I consider early."

"We had a great stay in this lovely flat. It's super close to Tulse Hill station, has a well equipped kitchen, great garden and two great bedrooms. It also had a third room that was perfect for working and for a travel cot. The flat is stylish with high quality linens and towels."

"Very sweet boat in lovely location. I didn’t hear back from the owner re check in until the day I was checking in despite 3 emails. The boat was lovely, had a great nights sleep and pretty location. All very clean and lovely. Flushing the toilet was a little challenging. We went to a concert at Hampton Court and it was a great location to visit there. A lovely time was had"

"Our family of 2 adults and 3 children arrived at the property in London, contacted the host for access details ( we had 2 separate confirmation emails previously) to be then informed via a text that the apartment was no longer available. At 5pm on a Saturday for a 2 night booking. Appalling communication and no explanation or apology then or since.There is a for sale sign up at the property. We arrive home after our weekend and find an email asking for a review of our stay so here it is. "

"We spent our last few days in the UK at the barn and loved our stay there. The accommodation was very comfortable and charming - full of character. The location was superb, tucked away in the heart of the lovely Sussex countryside with friendly local pubs within easy walking distance. Our hosts were friendly and welcoming and were happy to suggest the best local walks from the cottage using the map they supplied for us. Just a short drive from Gatwick Airport, we hope to stay again next time we...

"Despite me getting back to their email straight away, they did not confirm the check in time (you have to meet someone at the property) until the day before and that was after many ignored messages and calls. They asked for a £250 deposit on a 1 night stay that a week later is yet to be returned (there is no argument that the property was left in exactly the condition it was found). The shower was broken and there was no hot water. They asked for extra money on leaving for an "extra linen"...
