"First I booked through Expedia which gave us the incorrect phone number to advise we would be having a late check in, as we were delayed. We googled the # and no one answered causing undue stress. Thankfully, our reservation did not get cancelled. Upon arrival the lobby smelled of marihuana. The room was extremely cold when we got in and after setting it to a normal temperature we realized someone had smoked in the room. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. "This cabin was adorable!!! We stayed in one of the 4 person cabins and absolutely loved it!!! The view from the back of the cabin was awe inspiring at night. What an incredible experience! The cabin was fully staffed with a fridge, pots and pans, and some s’more’s to cook in the fire pit (the s’mores came in the cutest lil gift box). Wood was also provided at the campsite. This was a very memorable experience. The kids loved it!"

"Definitely does not look as presented on the website. Rooms are very out dated, has a very questionable elevator that does have its permit displayed. Pool and hot tub are out of commission. Hallways are very short, I’m 5’9 and can touch the ceiling with my arms not even halfway raised. Bathroom has a walk in shower that is half glass and half curtain, and the curtain doesn’t go fully to the floor so water splashes out and soaks the floor."

"The hotel itself was nice. Unfortunately, while we were there, EVERYTHING was either broken or under construction. The swimming pool is being renovated. It's been under construction for a year. The workout facility is ALSO under construction. The ice machine is GONE! You have to go to the front desk to ask for ice. They were working on the roof when we were staying there so there was constant workers in the parking lot. Now, here is the POSITIVES. The workers were AWESOME! They can't control...
