THE BUILDING:
• There is a coffee shop on the ground floor next to the elevators in Tower 1
• There is a convenience store on the ground floor next to the elevators in Tower 1
• There is a coin machine on the ground floor next to the security office in Tower 2

As of June 2025, the building's long-awaited elevator project is complete! The old elevators have been fully replaced with brand-new, state-of-the-art models, offering faster, smoother, and more reliable service.

HOW TO GET HERE:
From Honolulu Airport, it is just a 20-minute drive from your destination. Rent a car to explore or grab a taxi for around $45, depending on traffic. Look for signs on the way to the taxi area upon arrival. Enjoy your trip!

Check-in: any time after 3:00 PM
Check out: any time before or at 10:00 AM

Regarding early check-ins or late checkouts, we're unable to confirm those requests at the moment. If you'd like to ensure you can either check in early or check out late, we'd suggest booking an extra night. In such cases, please reach out to Midway Vacations, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

STARTER SUPPLIES:
We provide a welcome starter supply kit stocked with - one pack of coffee grounds, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towel, tissue, can liners, salt & pepper, spray oil, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap. Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon arrival.

HOUSEKEEPING:
Our professional housekeeping team has strict procedures and checklists to guarantee constant quality across all our properties. All linens and towels are professionally cleaned with scent-free detergent and high-temperature washing (180F). Our trained inspectors also check everything before each arrival.

The cleaning fee includes all of the services listed above and restocking for amenities after each departure. There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.

LINENS & TOWELS:
You will receive one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, two flat sheets, and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, and pillows and blankets are in the closet.

LAUNDRY ROOMS:
There are laundry rooms on each floor with coin and credit-card-operated washers and dryers. A single pack of laundry detergent is provided in your starter supply kit. There is a coin change machine next to the lobby in Tower 2. Laundry room hours are from 8 am-10 pm daily.

TRASH ROOM:
Trash rooms are located at the end of each floor, next to the emergency exit.

Experience even greater savings! Reach out to us when planning a stay of 30 nights or more and enjoy a 10% discount on your total room fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that reimburses for prepaid, non-refundable expenses that may arise due to unforeseen circumstances that could jeopardize your vacation investment and would otherwise incur unplanned expenses as well. Kitchen area is good. Stools for kitchen dining were not put together securely, felt unstable. Room was not sound proof, Could hear all activity outside (yelling and trash trucks at 4:00am wakes us up). However, overall experience was good.

Great location, above-and-beyond service

This is a nice, clean unit, exactly as advertised. It has a partial ocean view, which was enough for us, and it's just a few minutes by foot to the beach and restaurants. We got a free parking pass to use with our car rental. There's coin- and app-operated laundry down the hall, which came in very handy. Our flight home was canceled at the last minute, and the rental agency was able to make it work for us to stay another night. They were easy to work with, friendly, and responsive. We would absolutely rebook here!

Had an incredible stay! A perfect resting place for us to adventure out in Waikiki and the island of Oah’u. The unit was exactly as advertised and met all our expectations. Unit was well equipped. Food for thought

Had issues first night with wet sheets on the fold away bed. Took a while to convince someone to bring new sheets and a third set of towels. Also whoever stocks the toilet paper four rolls will not last for 10 days for three women. Just some things to follow up on and another to think about. The room was perfect for our needs and I really liked the fact we used a passcode instead of a card especially on that we weren’t likely to forget.

The room and amenities are as advised, communications with owner were quick and acurate. Nothing else to say, except that some furnitures (dresser, hair dryer, clock) and fixtures need obvious repair. This was signaled to owner, and hopefully will be fixed. Wonderful stay!

Very professional and accommodating! We originally booked another room but it ran into water issues. They were very professional in handling the situation and accommodating towards our relocation into another wonderful room! My friends and I appreciated the accommodation to match almost everything and couldn’t have imagined a better vacation! Mahalo!

Secret Waikiki Beach Delight

Wonderful studio apartment, FREE indoor parking, clean and fresh furniture, pool & beach towels provided, and a great location. This place was perfect for our 4 day Honolulu trip before going on to Kona.

Great mountain view room

Impressed mountain view. Actually I booked a room with ocean view but I was switched to the Mountain View room due to the previous room has piping flooding issue. Fortunately the room is very nice, cleaning, organizing, and convenient. There are enough supplies in this room, such as, towels, bedding, bathroom supplies, and kitchen supplies. This is very good vacation room.

Sewage backup

We have booked the property for 2 weeks, the unit was doing fine for a week until there was an overflow from the sink, good thing we were still in the unit when it happened. Otherwise, our belongings will be damaged. We called the property manager to address the problem and sent in their maintenace guy. The sink was overflowing with dirty water (sewage) the whole room started to smell and water all over the room even outside. We had to cancel our activities that we have planned for almost a year. We had to evacuate the unit and we were transferred to a different room only for the night, we had to adjust our scheduled plans stressing out only to be moved places to places with our luggages and leaving all our belongings accessible to public due to the fact we do not have a place to stay for the remaining days. After a day of spending the night from their other unit, we cancelled our plans and move back to the unit that the smell still lingers and we started to become sick and anxious to stay. We had to request for us to be moved to a different unit which we are thankful they did. We were promised to be reimbursed with the surf activity that was held off and until now no credit was made. The good side is, we appreciate the property manager and the staff for doing their best effort to accomodate us and answering our questions but we feel like we have wasted few days of our vacation that we have been waiting for and spend much money just to stress out.

The property is a short walk from the beach and other attractions in Waikiki. A nice retreat at the end of the day.

Great location

I stayed here with 3 other friends for 5 days and it was a great condo. The location is fantastic and a short walk to all the main attractions of Waikiki. The check in process was smooth, and parking was always easy to find in the parkade. We had an electric car and there are 2 chargers on the 4th floor. Overall would really recommend this condo!
