Our beautifully remodeled suite comfortably accommodates four adults and is located in the Fort DeRussy area of Waikiki, steps from Dukes & Waikiki Beach and the Hilton Lagoon. Everything is within easy walking distance including the Convention Center & Ala Moana shopping district.

You get what you pay for. The pictures of this property were clearly staged and are not telling the whole truth. The building is old and dated. It’s under going renovation but if you book the Aqua Palms directly at least they will give you access to things like beach towels, ect. Parking is $40/night and not guaranteed. We had to pay to park in other buildings as we got home last 6 pm each evening. Super inconvenient. The elevators and hallways were covered in cardboard and tape. The actual room itself is so cramped. The 2 beds are hard and the linens are cheap and not even a bed spread. We got 2 sheets and a blanket on each bed. The pillows were horrible. We were given 4 super thin towels and one bath mat for our 6 night stay. There is no where to hang towels anywhere. There is no place to put your toiletries in the shower but on the floor. The refrigerator was a nice thing to have but with 4 people we had no room for luggage. The closest is occupied by old beach chairs and toys. The balcony is not big enough to sit. You can barely stand outside on it. There was lots of damaged walls and areas of the condo that are left out of the pictures. Nothing that will jeopardize your stay but not pleasing to look at. Definitely not a room to hang out in for any length of time. Location was good but just pay the extra and stay across the street. We ended our stay early as on the 3rd day we were there the boiler went out and we had no hot water. That was enough for me to be done.

We had a blast in Hawaii . This property was really close to everything . Only thing was the floor hadn’t been swept or mopped well I walked around without shoes and felt sand underneath my feet .. also the cars passing through at night were really loud .. you can hear it all next time I’d stay in the resorts to get a good night sleep

L'hôtel est bien situé, à distance de marche de la plage et du "market" qui n'est pas à négliger car on y trouve à peu près de tout, incluant des repas préparés. Hôte répond rapidement à nos questions. Stationnement intérieur disponible à un coin de rue de l'hôtel si celui de l'hôtel est complet. Seul point négatif: la chambre n'est pas vraiment conçue pour 4 personnes. Oui, il y a bien 2 lits pour 4 personnes MAIS il n'y a que 2 chaises et une toute petite table. Ils auraient très bien pu mettre 2 chaises pliantes dans le garde-robe à utiliser au besoin. Et il n'y avait que 3 chaises de plage. Somme toute, belle expérience.

Location and that’s about it

This property provides the cheapest amenities possible.The bedding was basically two sheets and a blanket that didn’t even cover all the way up. The pillows are skinny pancakes , the bed is fair at best, I woke up every morning with a backache from trying to get comfortable There’s nowhere to hang any of your wet towels, swimsuits, etc. leaving the room a mess all the time , there are blank walls all over that could have hooks. The shower had nowhere to put shampoo other than the floor . The fridge froze things in the fridge , didn’t freeze things in the freezer. I burnt myself on the hot water, in the sink and shower. The tv would turn on randomly, when somebody from a different room would be trying to get into their fire stick. Talk about creepy in the middle of the night. The air conditioning was the WORST it kicked on and off constantly waking us up, it would not keep a consistent temperature. They left us 4 small trash bags , and limited towels for 9 days and I was told to just go buy more so I did. There is a full length mirror just randomly around not even mounted on the wall, it just does not feel or look like a host that cares about a guest’s comfort. The pool is tiny and fully shaded early in the day. The gym is one treadmill and it smells , there is not bathroom by the pool, the water refill station was closed the last three days of our trip. Over all I would not recommend this place , I would pay a little more and get some nice , comfortable amenities.

Good location for being in Waikiki.

Property was as described, clean and in close proximity to local eateries, shopping, and beaches. Property owner was responisve for all interactions. Alittle cramped for 4 adults, but i would stay here again regardless. It definitely fit or needs and was accommodating.

The room was fine for 2 people. It can be very noisy so bring ear plugs. The hotel itself was very nice and the people working there were very helpful. Parking there now costs $38 a night which was a huge difference from what I was quoted originally. The balcony is not big enough to sit on but you can stand on it and look at the ocean from a few blocks away. The beds were comfortable and there was a small table with 2 chairs to have a meal. There is also a coffee pot and toaster. We were there for a week and it was fine for 2 people. The pool in the hotel is small and not heated but it has lots of lounge chairs, tables and a bbq. Very nice area.

Clean, Just Perfect for QUICK trip

Perect for our quick return getaway. Location was familiar and close to where we needed to go. Check in was easy. Unit had everything we needed for a short stay. Mark provided us with much needed info weeks before our arrival. The AC was not working upon arrival. Mark was quick to respond and remedy our problem. The AC was a relief once we got back from our day trip the next day. We ended up parking on premise just for ease, but everything is walkable distance; mall restaurants, shops, beach..etc. Mahalo!

Perfect Stay!

The location is absolutely perfect for this rental! If you cross the street you find yourself at the entrance to Hilton Hawaiian Village, where there is tons of shopping and about 22 restaurants to choose from! The pool was clean and warm, the laundry facilities were more than serviceable, and the staff was very kind. The only criticism I have was that the balcony that is listed is barely large enough to step on to, and certainly not large enough to sit on. We spent our honeymoon here, and could not be happier!
