"We had a wonderful stay! The host was extremely attentive and responsive, making everything smooth from start to finish. The place was spotless and very well maintained, with all the necessities and equipment we needed to fully enjoy the Kona beaches. "A great deal and situated on Alicia drive south of the Kailua-Kona nightlife district. The place was clean and comfortable and very attractively priced. Definitely the Hawaiian Hale experience! The landlord was very nice and obviously invested in our having a pleasant stay. To access the unit younger to climb a stairwell - don't rent this unit if you are unable to handle stairwells or have small (mobile not babies!) children. Perfect for a couple! "Very convenient location. There’s a popular poke spot right next to the building. Easy access to the beach. Only 10mins drive to grocery stores/restaurants. The unit is very clean. I like that they have a washer and dryer in the unit. It is somewhat noisy at night because the window is facing the street. But I sleep with earplugs anyways so that’s not a problem to me. There are a couple floating boards in the closet for us to use but there are no beach towels. I did see some beach chairs at the...
