"I found the place with no problems. I was not familiar with the lock pad and had to notify the owner to enter the home. The place looked like the pictures online. Very quiet neighborhood. Washer and dryer available but we did not use. Parking was good; the place was cleaned. I would stay again."

"Everything about our stay was perfect. Michelle thought of every detail, down to having the lights on to welcome us as we were arriving late at night. It was so clean and smelled so fresh. The beds were very comfortable. The whole experience was cozy. "

"Many things about the property were not as promised. For example, the ice machine and washing machine did not work at all.
Communication with the host was opaque. They sent all Expedia messages as attachments. The checkout instructions were inaccurate.
I brought all issues to attention of the host but they never resolved any of them."
