If you have a big family with children maybe 14 and under this would be a good place for you because of the water parks, the lazy river and the pools outside for the smaller kids. "This Hotel NEEDS updating/cleaning. The set-up is odd with the Front Desk only being accessible from outside, in a separate building. The Guest Rooms are accessible in a building to the South. "Hotel area was great. We loved the room category- ocean front king. Staff were amazing!! Some concerns though- Hotel needs to invest in grocery carts for when people arrive with groceries and luggage. The only racks available were luggage racks. Also- we were not impressed with the poor state of the hotel towels around the pool. They were more like rags than towels. One big problem is the internet- we were 4 people in two rooms and we were always getting booted off- so annoying. Other than that...
