"The bathroom wall had damage from a past issue. The repair required drywall patching, which only had the first coat of drywall mud on it. It looked terrible and I could not believe that they would re-install the towel rack over it and consider it rentable. They did offer another room but it should have never gotten to that. No ice maker worked and you had to get ice from the restaurant."

"Loved the location. Convenient to DC Mall and museums. The Metro was around the corner, so our trip from Reagan was fast. The concierge was terrific. She arranged our night tour with a hotel pickup. The restaurant was pricey, so only ate there once, but it was great. Other options were close, i. e. Starbucks and McDonalds. The hotel was nice, clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again. "first, the staff are very gery friendly. however inside the room thete is no water or anything. when we asked i was tols that i need to go down to the reception to get a bottle of water !!! Also the reason why i booked it becaused i wanted a hotel near the airport. this is not bear at all. it's over 15 mins drive. the following morning when we had the shuttle to the airport, the driver won't drop our luggages unless we help him !!! i personally have a frozen sholder issue and i couldn't eveb...

"Would highly recommend if visiting the area. Rooms, food and staff all top notch. Metro rail station is one block over,. Great way to visit DC without having to fight traffic. Car park rate at hotel is very reasonable as well. Will def sat here again on next trip ti DC Metro ares."

"Located just a few blocks from the White House, the location is perfect. Room was very nice with a great view of the park, rates were good, the valet parking is a little expensive but very convenient and it's expected at the location. The restaurant is good and with the 15% off for hotel guests makes it a little less overpriced. Would definitely recommend this hotel, a lot of pros and not many cons."
