"Communication with Kadia was fantastic. When we encountered an issue, her response was prompt and the matter handled quickly.House is close to Czech Village as well as NewBo. Easy access to downtown restaurants and events. Street is quiet and neighbors friendly, and a Hy-Vee Supermarket close.Be aware that bathroom and bedrooms are all upstairs. If mobility is an issue, be aware of arrangement. Otherwise, property is cozy and relaxing.Would certainly return when I revisit Cedar Rapids."

"Very clean, nice neighborhood and close to the wedding venue. We got alot of snow, and as soon as it was done there was a very nice young man there to clear the driveway for us. "
