"We used this as a sleeping and showering base only for a Charleston, Angel Oak tree, and Kiawah Island Beach trip (packed weekend if you couldn't tell). The property was lovely and the neighborhood was so quiet. We didn't cook or really "hang out" here, but I would definitely stay here again! "

"The view from the apartment is nice and it is located in a quiet neighborhood that is well situated for exploring Folly Beach and Charleston. The apartment's kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. Had it been warmer, we would have used the kayaks and bikes. Communication was timely and clear. Unfortunately two appliances were broken (HVAC, oven - though the cooktop and microwave worked) and coordinating repairs with various characters (neighbor, owner, etc) wasn't on our...
