"The hotel is beautiful and the employees are super friendly. They do automatically add an 18% onto your bill for dining. Los Angles has defiantly become full of closed down stores, no police anywhere, the smell of urine on the sidewalks, empty stores that once attracted large amounts of tourists. I will not be returning to California ever again."
