Hotel Review: A Frustrating Billing Experience Despite an Apology
I recently booked two rooms at this hotel through Expedia and, unfortunately, encountered a frustrating and time-consuming billing issue. Despite clearly booking through Expedia, the hotel still charged my credit card directly for both rooms.
When I brought the issue to their attention, they acknowledged the mistake and apologized—yet the charges remained. It ultimately took nearly a month to get the payments sorted out, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience.
If you plan to stay here and book through a third-party site like Expedia, I highly recommend you double-check with the front desk to ensure they do not also charge your credit card. While the staff was polite in their communication, apologies only go so far when you're still left chasing down a refund.
The stay itself may have been fine, but the billing experience left a lasting negative impression.
