"Everything was magical, though they were trimming the trees the day I was there which was as distracting but unavoidable. The cottages are stocked with the basics, but we needed paper towels, napkins and garbage bags. Additionally the bathrooms do not have conditioner, lotion or vanity kits so plan ahead. Otherwise incredible stay!"

"What an absolute gem of a hotel - so glad we found it. We arrived early and left our bags before rushing to a meeting. When we returned for check in, the bags had already been placed in our individual rooms. There was complimetary water, a tea and coffee station, and even complimentary snacks and chocolates in the room - so rare in US hotels! A complimentary breakfast with freshly baked pastries, cereal, and other items in the lounge was another plus. The room was confortable with a spacious...

"Perfect location. Rooms are really spacious and very nicely decorated. The staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable about their work. It was a pleasure staying at the hotel. For sure I will stay there again soon."

"Nice stay :)"

"Awesome stay. Legit LA experience. Makes me want to move back. But for now I'll just stay here and chance I get! Plus get the Tower Sundae!!!!"

"I love this hotel. I’ve stayed here a couple of times. Always such friendly staff, and clean. A few things that weren’t the greatest were the elevator. There are two but only one of them seems to be active so waiting for that was a bit sucky. Also the floor by the kitchenette area was a bit sticking up so opening the cubby and fridge was a bit of a pain but manageable. Overall though super happy and would totally go back."

"Hotel is in a great location, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. There is tons to do within walking distance of the hotel."

"I thought this property was pretty great and had a lot of amenities that were useful. One of the better gyms too I’ve experienced at a hotel. Very lovely hotel, nice staff, great area, I was slightly disappointed in the bedding and the pillows, far too soft for my liking and almost over-broken in but that may just be a personal preference of mine. The room was cleaned throughout the day and my partner and I walked to a majority of the areas we wanted to shop and eat in."

"Front desk staff were amazing so were the bar staff, and cleaning staff. The valet wasn’t at the front door so that defeated the point. I used SpotHero and booked a private covered space. Bar staff at the pool was not properly supported. My view out the balcony was a wall. Didn’t hate, wouldn’t stay again. Guess which one is the bath towel and which is the bath mat"

"Great location. Staff was attentive and responded sincerely to issues."
