"Rooms smelled like ashtray after requesting to switch rooms twice for the same reason. Seriously sketchy vibe, some rooms seemed to be permanently rented by some folks who seemed Brett down and out. Not sure I felt 100% safe there. Not appropriate place to take children."

"The place is adorable. The location is absolutely ideal. Surrounded by restaurants and within a 1 minute walk to the beach. It is a great place with simple accommodations. The only issue we faced, are that the walls/windows are very thin and any outdoor noise/conversations were heard throughout the night. It was Spring Break so the partiers were out all night. "Difficult parking, light not working, space wasn’t so clean, difficulty with the AC"

Only problem we had was there was a remote missing for the tv in the bedroom, but we weren't there to watch tv. And the bathroom sink was clogged up when we got up in the morning.
