The front desk staff were so nice and prepared. They already assigned a first floor room near the exit since I was traveling with a pet. That was perfect! The hotel was clean, very quiet and near great shopping and restaurants. I had a special request the second day and they were very helpful.

Front desk clerk was very good under pressure as he was handling over 50 plus check-ins by himself. Breakfast was good. Everything was clean. Would come again

English Inn of Charlottesville
Everyone is wonderful! The breakfast is always hot and good. Parking is easy in and out. I just love staying here.

Holiday Inn Charlottesville-Univ Area by IHG
Parking was easy and available. Check in was not so good. The hotel has a sign and on their website that states check-in is 3pm. We arrived at 4pm and they did not have a room for us nor could they even check us in. Three other customers were also told to wait for a room. They would not offer us ...
