"Nolan has thought of everything you could need and we didn't have to run out for staples like paper towels, TP, soap, detergent etc. he had these and all other household basics plus extras there: fans, baby gates, all the items on the listing were there and worked. We checked to see if the bikes had survived the rental crowd over the summer and he made sure they were in good shape before we arrived. This was so fun! Kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. "Our week at the beach was fantastic. The house was spacious and in a prime location to be close to everything. "

"This was the cleanest property I have ever stayed in. The grounds,the pool and the condo were immaculate. Even the laundry room was spotless. Only minor issue was with the code box on gate. It's a little temperamental and hard to see the screen because of sun glare. Door lock to condo is a bit tight and could use updating. Needless to say we will be returning and highly recommend this property. "

"We felt so spoiled having our own private pool. The kids absolutely loved it, and it was a nice alternative to the beach when it was super hot with and the water was rough. The beach itself was a super easy walk across the street, and even though it was a public access, the beach was wide open with plenty of space for everyone. "I would have never left if it was an option. This place was simply outstanding! We were wanting something that could keep children and adults occupied while having space to spread out and never having to get in the car. This home did exactly that!!!! We could walk to the beach with ease, the store in less then 15 minutes including the pier and a handful of quaint shops. It has literally everything by you need to prepare any meal or snack, games to keep the laughs going, huge tvs to catch a game...

"It’s an older beach cottage with pretty much everything you need for a vacation at the beach, so you don’t need to bring anything but yourself and personal belongings. If something is not there, Jim gets it for you. He is a great host and very available to you as needed. The location is great for the beach and walkable to some shops and restaurants. A hot tub was just recently purchased on “our” back porch and is a great added feature to the stay. My husband who does not like noise was bothered...

"Lovely home with amazing views. The view of the ocean is better than the photos capture. I was able to enjoy being close to the waves while taking care of my mother with dementia. The elevator made this a possibility. The home is spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and a bathroom in each bedroom was very helpful. I will definitely plan another stay in the future."

"Beautiful, clean, welcoming property! Everything was great, had awesome " home amenities", we didnt use much of those things,but great for on hand if needed. Also, while not ocean front property as everyone seeks, it was just a short 5 min easy walk to beach you could glimse the water thru the houses and definately hear it! Had beach towels, a wagon beach chairs and some other accessories made it nice we didnt have to bring these types of things if you dont want and can use thiers n easier to...
