"Great visit at Sand Sational! Three generations plus pups enjoyed our week! Great beach access and deck seating to enjoy ocean views! Even saw a turtle hatching, dolphin pod, and a water spout! Dog fenced area made it easy to take pups out during the heat of the day and hose and shower made cleanup easy after the beach. Communication was clear and timely. House provided everything we needed for a great week! "

"Nice size condo, view of ocean, steps to beach, beautiful pool. Over all nice property . Very quiet Master bedroom most uncomfortable bed I ever slept on and very high. Looked like one of those mattresses in a box. That was the only down side. "

"The place was beautiful. It is very spacious and fit our needs to the tee. We have been coming to Topsail Island for 35 years and needed more space. This did the job and then some. "It was a wonderful week at the beach! Even on the day it rained, the setting was beautiful! The beach has a generous shoreline, and even though there are other people there, it is not overcrowded! This area of Topsail has maintained its quality and is not overly developed, making the stay just what I hoped it would be! The fireworks on the 4th of July that I could watch without going anywhere were magnificent! The ones I traveled to see on the 3rd at Surf City were not even close plus the crowds...

"The check in was super easy. It is a nice house in a great location. There were a few things different from any stays I've had before: food in the fridge and cupboards, a full dish of pet food in the middle of the kitchen floor, empty beer can in the sink, the upstairs was blocked off but the lights were on and a window was open (which was odd to come back to at night), no binder with info inclucing wifi password, if we needed to strip beds, etc. One bathroom was very dirty and I had to clean...
