"Perfect 3-day, end-of-school getaway for our grandchildren. Beach and pool are close and there is a walkway to both so no long walks over huge dunes etc. Grounds are well-manicured and pretty. The owner is awesome and the condo was extremely clean. Having beach chairs, shades etc was SO helpful. You will have a great time here. We will be back. "

"We loved being able to just walk down the stairs to the beach in less then 5 minuets. Having all the beach toys, chairs and cart there to help with more beach fun was amazing too. We hope to go back next year!"

"House was on the older side and small but perfect for what we wanted as a quiet family beach getaway. A few minute trip to the beach. We enjoyed the dock and paddle boards and fished every morning and night. Beds were a little uncomfortable but served the purpose for the vacation. The cleaning before we got there could have been better but overall a great trip!"

"This Topsail vacation was wonderful. The location was perfect, right on the beach. The house was clean and the kitchen well stocked. Maria answered all my questions quickly and was the most gracious host. We will stay again. "

"This place was great! It was a wonderful house and had everything that we needed. The location to the beach access was perfect!! We also walked to dinner every night we were there. 10/10 recommend staying here. We will hopefully be back to vacation here again!"

"I really like the location, the house don't get me wrong was fine, just outdated on appearance, I feel like they could do so much more with the place, to make it more inviting.something to make guests feel happy when they wake up, just decor we was drab . Location is perfect outside shower with hot water perfect, area to wash off beach chairs and umbrella great, view is great too. We had a good vacation."

"We absolutely loved our stay at this beach condo! The oceanfront view was stunning – we could have spent all day just relaxing on the balcony. The condo itself was spotless and beautifully decorated with a fun beachy vibe. The pool was also clean and very well-maintained. We were especially glad we could bring our dogs – it made the trip even more enjoyable to have them with us. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!"

"We had a great time staying over the weekend with our doggies. Being able to let them out back in the fenced in yard or sitting out front with the fenced in porch made all the difference in our vacation. Not to mention being walking distance to the beach access point made for lots of fetch and fun with a hose out front to wash off the sand. The ONLY thing we didn't vibe with was the sleeping situation. Both beds were pretty small for two people and the pillows were oddly tall for a comfortable...

"Everything was great and well provisioned. The location was perfect as it was walking distance to everything in surf city and short drive to Publix. Lots of new beach chairs and a shade sail (shibumi). Great layout with family gathering on top floor, adults second kids on first. Loved the location would definitely rent again. "

"We absolutely loved staying at this property and can’t wait to return! The layout is perfect and the decor is beautiful! We didn’t mind the drive to the beach and were close to everything Holly Ridge has to offer. I highly recommend this home to anyone wanting a beach vacation without the hefty cost of staying directly on the beach. "
