Wrong code was initially given and had to wait for someone to contact us back about an hour upon check-in, linens had stains, AC didn’t seem to work well on the upper floor, multiple curtain rods falling down due to not being anchored, closet door not attached and there were several very large roaches in the unit. The bathroom shower in the master had mold. We brought most of these issues to the managers attention except the roaches and mold. We were delivered sheets 2 days later but were fussed at for not letting her know they weren’t delivered when they were supposed to. We had to point out that new filters were needed. Maintenance guy put in the wrong size filters and didn’t fix the falling down curtain rod. We paid way too much money for these circumstances. Please take our review and use it to better your unit for future customers. Otherwise, it was in a nice location and could be a nice rental. I can provide photos if necessary.
