The Casa Mel O is an amazing relaxing retreat where guests experience waterfront relaxation from all 5 decks. This premium location gives both sunrise and sunset views from multiple levels and decks. All bedrooms have sweeping waterfront views and individual access to decks overlooking both the waterfront and maritime forest. Walk to restaurants (2 min walk), local brewery (8 min walk), even the beautiful Surf City beach (20 min walk 4 min drive).
The three bedrooms are on the second floor, all with direct access to the Verandah deck with two double hammocks. The open living area, dining room, and kitchen are located on the 3rd floor giving unrestricted water views in every direction. The property offers elevated decks and direct waterfront access, we caution those with small children. Two foldout mattresses can also sleep 2 in game room if needed. This exclusive property books fast and limited availability.
We offer this property to guests interested in a quiet vacation, in a quiet neighborhood, near all that Surf City and Topsail Island have to offer. A limit of 6-8 guests allows optimal enjoyment for this reserved area.
Whether you are relaxing in one of the multiple hammocks, sipping a cocktail while watching boats pass by, fishing from the bank of the property, or enjoying an evening stroll along the bridge, we are sure you will enjoy the Casa Mel O.

Limit to 6 guests (2 more if sleeping in game room), onsite parking for 3 vehicles, 3 story house, quiet hours enforced, not recommended for toddlers, kayaking allowed from the property but no powerboat tie up/parking.
