"The location is excellent, the staff are great, and the room (a studio) was surprisingly spacious. There is no housekeeping other than emptying the bin (which is fine, just noting it). The lighting was terrible. I had to use my phone flashlight to see anything in the kitchen or in the wardrobes after dusk. Other than that, it is excellent value in an area with some very expensive hotels and small rooms. "

"Very disappointing. Check in was quick and room was ready upon arrival however the staff seemed very annoyed with being there. The room is… TINY. Not comfortable for more than 1 person. No where to store luggage, no where to unpack, no where to honestly just walk around without hitting the bed or a wall. The bathroom is even smaller. The way the wall is shaped you are hitting the wall with your knee anytime you need to use the restroom. Two things are what really solidifies my rating. 1.)...

"Die Zimmer waren groß und sauber, die Ausstattung sehr gut. Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Stark verbesserungswürdig ist allerdings die Sauberkeit der Tische, Teller und des Bestecks beim Frühstück."
