"Property was in severe disrepair, there was a disabled vehicle in the parking lot, and what looked like something illegal happening in the parking lot when we arrived. The lobby door was open, but we genuinely didn’t feel safe getting out after looping the parking lot once. We found another hotel. We requested a refund, and the agent called the hotel twice and they hung up on him. Absolutely wild."

"I just had an unpleasant experience with my daughter while on a college campus trip in DC. The breakfast is served on a small table at the entrance of the reception area. There are just 2 seats to eat. The only options are ultra-processed food loaded with carbohydrates — cereal, apple and banana, small bagels in a plastic bag, and a small pot of juice. There is one gallon of animal milk and no other source of protein. On the first day, when I expressed my surprise upon discovering the breakfast...

"Hotel and stay was good. Stayed for 2 days. MINUS: No room service was done. After we checked in on Friday, next day we were out from 11:00 AM to 7 PM and room service was not done. Lookout: PARKING! If you are driving a car for your trip, There is no generic parking for all customers, it’s a $50 valet parking per DAY. Recommendation: Use Spothero and it is like 7mins walk from hotel. You will spend 10-15$ per overnight parking. PLUS: Rooms are clean and good. Hotel is Good!"

The Doors & Walls Are Thin AF So You Hear Everything & At One Point I Thought Somebody Was Trying Come Into Our Room But They Were Just Going Into Their Room. Overall Will Not Stay Again."

"I was given a room.with wet paint and no one warned me. First of all its wrong and it's a health hazard, it was stinking wet paint which we all know its toxic. Secondly environment was not clean, ants in the room, crawling around, weed smelling in the elevator and hallway. Not satisfactory at all. Building not well maintained"
