"Had a great week on DuPont Ave. The house was great, the linen service was wonderful. The only bad thing and it’s not bad was the parking. If people have driveways they should use them. They choose to park on the street and take up a parking spot."

" Clean, modern, cozy 2 bedroom. Exactly as shown in the pictures. The bedrooms and living room each have a separately controlled wall unit for heat/ac so great for temp control. Pulled up next to front door to drop luggage off and parking available close by on the two streets on either side of the short block where house is located. Since it was January the area was quiet but appears it would be a less trafficked street even in the more busy summer season. Small open yard out front...

"My family and I had an awesome week here. Beautiful home. Very nice decor. The home was very clean. Easy check in/out. Having a parking spot was a major plus. Quiet area. The host went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. A lot of little welcoming touches. Top notch beach chairs and umbrella. The only things you need to pack are your clothes. Everything else was supplied. Excellent communication with host. I highly recommend this home. I would definitely stay here again. "

"The host was very nice and helpful, especially going out of her way to provide birthday decorations, which was appreciated. However, there were several issues that affected the stay. The towels were unusable, the shower leaks water onto the bathroom floor, and there’s no place in the shower to keep soap or washcloths other than the floor. The bedrooms are very bare, with no place to store luggage aside from the bed or floor. The lack of basic functionality in several areas made the stay...

"Arriving just ahead of a Nor’easter storm limited my use of the property. However the location was very good to all the area has to offer. Was able to walk easily to everything the town offers. The bungalow was updated in every amenity and attractively decorated. The backyard was a generous living area with a full bathroom and well equipped with cooking and entertainment products. Communication with this host was immediate with response and I very much appreciated it. "

"We rented this property for the roof top hot tub. I specifically, asked the Host if the hot tub was up and running. He assured me that it was. The photo of the hot tub is obviously, when it was new. The cover was ripped, only one side of the tub had jets that were slightly functional. It smelled and had sand in the bottom. When I contacted the host regarding this, I was told their vacuum was broken and that they ordered a new one. They did send a staff member over to test the water and...
