"My adult daughter and I stayed 2 nights while visiting the Petrified Forest. We felt very comfortable and we very much appreciated the bagels and coffee that were left for our breakfast. Shockingly several inches of snow arrived on our second night ( despite being mid April) We were warm and cozy at the Bird Nest. I recommend this VRBO to anyone coming to the area "

"We enjoyed over a week at this beautiful cabin! It had everything we needed - an abundance of kitchen/cooking supplies, toiletries/bathroom supplies, and games/activities that our kids enjoyed! We loved the fenced in yard with fire pit, plenty of outdoor seating, and gas grill! The cabin decor was beautiful and cozy and the neighborhood was mostly peaceful and quiet. Check-in was super easy and Jeff (host) was very accommodating. Would love to stay here again! "

"Myself and a friend were beyond satisfied with the choice we made. Stargazing was the goal and this location and host far exceeded expectations. "Preston was great to work with! Their home was perfect for our family of 6! The house was clean and had plenty of space. There were games and puzzles and shampoo, conditioner and body soap in the shower. The use of the garage and washer and dryer was so helpful. We will stay here again. "

"This cabin is great. Well stocked from the kitchen to the bathroom to the bedrooms; we had everything we needed. It was very cozy and comfortable, perfect for a family of 4 with a small dog. It's close to town so very convenient. The only reason I did not give 5 stars on the location and accuracy of the listing is because the map showed that this is located further from the highway than it actually was. "Every year My 14 year old daughter and myself stay in Overgaurd for a short 4-5 day vacation away from the heat and over population of Phoenix , we Chose Overgaurd because it's much cooler temperature and is a small town , ( I could live there forever) we also take the ATV out into the mini trails and look for wild horses and just explore being in nature. we had extra fun this time because the cabin we chose had a pool table and a air hockey table and that was a lot of fun as it was a little...

"A rustic modern type feel with beautiful scenery and fresh air. A chance to experience the woods and view my husky in her most natural state. Me and my new husband are very happy with our experience and plan to come back when we can."
