"Good location close the Airport"

"The staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel was lovely--clean and beautiful. I absolutely would stay there again. My only hesitation to give five stars was that our room was up stairs not completely accessed by the elevator, which was difficult for us on account of our heavy bags. (We're not spring chickens!) Also, because the air conditioning was not working well, they added a portable air conditioner (which we did appreciate) which required that a window be left open for the exhaust hose....

"I have traveled though the HAM airport for over 30 years, frequently staying at the Radisson Blu, Hamburg Airport hotel. Over the years, I have enjoyed the crisp, clear, effective German, front desk staff, solidifying my stay in Germany. This time was very different. The German front desk staff had been replace by a middle eastern man and woman couple, that were clueless! First, they seemed to have some "interpersonal game" going on, that I had to ask them to stop. Second, she could not find...

"The hotel itself is great - everything you need for a good price. However, it is in an incredibly rough area of Hamburg & would warn against staying here for any female solo travellers. Felt very unsafe as soon as I left the building even though it was just a 10 min walk to the station."

"I did feel an issue in that the reception was only maned a few hours a day. If you had a small question you had to March over to the sister Hotel down the road.. On a positive note otherwise the Hotel was excellent and I would recommend it"

"Sehr tolles Hotel in perfekter (ruhiger) Lage. 2 Min Fußweg bis zur U-Bahn Station St. Pauli und eine Seitenstraße von der Reeperbahn entfernt. Wir hatten das erste Mal ein Premium Zimmer, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Das Frühstück hält für jeden etwas bereit und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden dieses Hotel bei unserem nächsten Hamburg-Aufenthalt definitiv wieder buchen"

A special thank-you to Patrick from the Concierge team, who was exceptionally kind, helpful, and attentive to every detail. The hotel also has an amazing gym and a very convenient location, close to Hamburg Hauptbahnhof, shops, and the beautiful Alster Lake. I had a wonderful experience and will certainly return!"

"A staff member at the front desk ordered a cab for me, but didn't tell me where to wait. They didn't think of mentioning that important detail. The building's main entrance is at the back, but isn't labeled. The cab driver and I waited 15 minutes for each other. This is advice to the staff. Otherwise I loved the place."

"wir haben dort nur eine Nacht übernachtet. Vorteile: - Online-Check in/out, sonst muss man dort alles am Tablet erledigen. - Schickes und modernes Zimmer Nachteile: - Es war am Wochenende und wir haben dort Parkplatz gefunden. Wahrscheinlich wird das in Hochsaison nicht der Fall sein"

"Ein wirklich empfehlenswertes Hotel. Es war alles wie beschrieben. Wenn man ein Zimmer mit Ausblick haben möchte, sollte man es vor der Reservierung angeben. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück war großartig! Die Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten im Hotel waren sehr schön eingerichtet. Der kostenfreie Parkplatz ist ein großer Pluspunkt. Empfehlung bei geschlossenem Restaurant: Vietnamese ums Eck - ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß."

"Sehr nettes Personal, sowie sehr sauberes Zimmer. Die Lage war ebenso perfekt. :) Einzig allein die Möglichkeit vom Zimmer aus zu arbeiten, empfanden wir etwas unbequem. 😅 Die zur Verfügung gestellten Stühle waren dafür recht unbequem. Aber für einen Tag ging es. 😅 Das Frühstück war ausreichend, jedoch hätten Wurst und Käse besser präsentiert werden können. Die Scheiben "klebten" sehr zusammen, wie eben "aus der Verpackung genommen". Auch die Käse - und Wurstauswahl war jeden Tag gleich....
