"The location was convenient, but several aspects of the stay were disappointing. 1. There was no phone in the room to contact the front desk, which made communication inconvenient. 2. The shampoo bottle was completely empty, apparently left over from previous guests, so I could not even wash my hair. 3. "Very nice and clean, no noise either. Only issue is the lift in the building was strange and bit tricky to navigate. Other then that, no real complaints, slept well and very much enjoyed our stay."

"Das Frühstück war top, alles was man sich morgens am Buffet wünscht. Alles in ausreichender Menge und Qualität. Parkplatz vor der Tür war auch möglich. Lediglich die Stadt Berlin hat uns einen Strich durch die Rechnung gemacht ,da wir mit der S-Bahn Anbindung gerechnet und geplant haben. Jedoch die Station gesperrt war und ein Schienen Ersatzverkehr eingerichtet war. Jedoch dies unseren Zeitplan total aus dem Konzept gebracht hatte. Das ist aber nicht die Schuld des Hotels . "Zentral gelegenes Hotel direkt an der Friedrichstraße, das Hotel Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Beim Frühstück war etwas viel los, hier musste man aktiv nach einem Platz suchen, der Kaffee hat nicht wirklich geschmeckt. Das Zimmer selbst war in gutem Zustand."

"The hotel is really well positioned for sightseeing and transport links. All staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were kept very clean. Lots of local restaurants and bars and one, Avan, in the hotel itself which was good. We had a junior suite which was really spacious and met all our needs and the mattress was great allowing a sound sleep."
