Come and experience our beachside paradise!
This one bedroom apartment provides gorgeous water views, and is conveniently located next to local restaurants and cafes. Enjoy the newly renovated cosy space which has secure off street parking and access straight onto the Kingston Beach esplanade. We are only a 15 minute walk to shopping centre & 20 minute drive to Hobart CBD. From Hobart airport to Kingston Beach is approximately 35 minute drive.

Perfect in every respect

My husband and I needed a short break away. The perfect accommodation was perfect for us, and the location at Kingston Beach was brilliant. We l9ved every minute. We got to relax, and also to see the aurora.

A fantastic Studio on the beach

This is a great studio attached to the owners home with great parking with a nice area to sit outside and enjoy the view. The owners are very friendly and offered a number of suggestions for the area. The unit is a close to the beach as you can get and right next to great bars and restaurants. A provides great access to Hobart without having to be in the hassle of the city.

Tranquilla was so comfortable, clean, tastefully furnished and thoughtfully equipped with all things of quality . It is in a wonderful position for beach walks, coffee shops, restaurants, and a hotel.

From the moment we arrived, our hosts Jason and Mary, made sure we had clear instructions of how to access the property which truly set the tone for our getaway. Their warmth and friendliness made us feel right at home, and they went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.The property itself was fantastic. With direct access to the beach, we could hear the soothing sound of the waves from our room, which added to the overall ambiance of tranquility. The accommodation was impeccably clean and well-maintained, filled with all the essentials and thoughtful amenities that enhanced our experience. Very clean, comfortable and convenient

Mary and Jason were very helpful and kind. The apartment is well appointed with everything needed and many extras. Very clean and the bed was ultra comfortable. Great location for beach, cafes and great food at the Kingston hotel (just a short drive). Highly recommend this property.

A location just perfect for our stay

My husband and I fully enjoyed our stay. The property is very clean and the decor make you feel warm and welcoming. The hosts are very friendly and easy to get into touch with. We found that the location is just perfect for our stay. Kingston Beach is just across the road and there are choices of nice eateries and cafes nearby. It is an easy commute to the city and the airport. Tinderbox is just 10 mins away where we caught a glimpse of aurora and the full display of the Milky Way. We also took a day trip to Bruny Island during our stay.

A slice of paradise in Kingston Beach Tasmania

Very clean and cosy detached unit, with well appointed amenities. Really enjoyed the close proximity to beach and cafes and restaurants. Beautiful bedding, towels (even include beach towels), tea cups and tea selection. It's all the small things that add up!!
