まず、エクスペディアに載っている写真は嘘です笑たぶんAIとかで使ってるんじゃないかな？アパートメントなので、スタッフと鍵の受け渡しが発生します。英語に拒否反応がある人でなければ問題ないと思いますが、ベトナム英語結構聞き取りづらいので念の為注意してください。自分達が泊まった部屋は、到着したらシャワー室が濡れてました笑そしてドライヤーが無かったのでスタッフにメッセージしたら持ってきてくれました。出かけてる最中に部屋に置いていってくれましたね。タオルはバスタオル2枚しか無いのでスーパーで買いました。ハンドソープとシャンプー、コンディショナーはあったのでその辺はなくても大丈夫。自分たちは日本のものを使いましたが。 41階だったこともあり、騒音とかもほぼなく、もしかするとホテルよりもプライベート感あってリラックスできたかもしれません。良い体験だったとは思いますが、写真に釣られると痛い思いしますのでお気をつけ下さい！

The bathroom and sinks were moldy, which required me to request a room change the following day. While the new room was slightly better, the air conditioning did not function properly and made the room extremely cold. Additionally, the air-conditioning remote control did not work. Due to the cold temperature, I was forced to stay either in the bedroom or outside the property for most of my stay. Overall, the experience was very unpleasant. I would like to request a refund.

Not even remotely close to being the pictures do not book. Bed smells like dog urine. Sofa was dirty full of hair. Bath don’t even have a shower curtain.

Absolutely awful place. The place is NOTHING as advertised. It had bugs inside, mold, wallpaper falling from the walls, just the worst stay you can think of. It's a scam and the pictures are just AI generated or taken from other listings. When asking for a refund immediately the host did not respond and even ignored calls from Expedia when they tried to confront them about this.

Location was quiet and easy enough to catch a taxi but a little further out from the hustle and bustle of HCM. The place was spotless and comfortable and would recommend.

Do Not Stay here! This is a SCAM. The apartment was far from luxury. In the description it says that I would be in building 5 however when I got there I was put in a more run down apartment. No TV on the wall, rank smell and no panoramic view. I had to leave immediately and check into a proper hotel. None of the pictures on the listing matched the room that I received. Truly bad experience!

There is nothing luxury about this apt. Don’t stay here. The unit is very rundown, old and worst than a motel 6 in the US. Mold and damp smell filled the unit that triggered my asthma. The wall papper were peeled and hanging on almost every wall. There was barely anything in the kitchen. 6 small rice bowl, and 2 plates. Some pot and pan, but no microwave, no cooking utensil, nor anything that you can do some actual cooking. The kitchen counter was also dirty. Since they showed picture of luxury apt, it is down right false advertising, and basically is a scam to steal your money. We landed at 6:30 pm in Ho Chi Minh City. By the time we cleared custom and get to the property, it was 8:30 pm. The person was not even the host, only handled us the key and left without really showing us anything. The AC units in the bedrooms were not working. They flowed out hot air even though we tried to put them AC mode. We thought after a while it will cool down to cold air. But no, the hot air still out. We send text message to the host, they said they will come tomorrow. It was only 9 pm. They are expecting us to sleep in a 90 degree heat. I was so upset with the condition of the unit, I texted the host to let them know that we are not staying in such a rundown place that is not as advertised in the picture. I am demanding a full refund.

Mold in the bathroom and bedroom, no wash clothes,no hand towels, only one roll of Toilet paper, no cleaning service, safety devices were covered with foil and they changed our location at the last minute. I can go on but that should tell you to keep looking.

Loved my stay here! The place is cozy with a super aesthetic setup, felt like stepping into a Pinterest board. Bonus points for the Marshall speaker that am a big fan of! Phuong was incredibly responsive and helpful from start to finish. Would definitely come back

No microwave. Cheesy, tiny shower mat. The drain for the shower kept making a loud noise. Bed was basically on the floor. Pool was not explained to us. Hours? Towels? Check in was confusing. This is NOT a hotel. No front desk, no daily service. Room key looked super ghetto. Maybe get a new one. The glass in the shower was broken and could possibly cut someone.

Alarm bells rung as they kept changing the address of the apartment! First they tried to put me into an apartment that was not anything like what was advertised on the booking platform, it was small and filthy. So I said that this was not the same apartment that i had booked. They then asked me for the pictures of what i had booked, after a telephone call, i was told they had the right apartment for me. After a short taxi ride, we were shown to another apartment, which was similar to what i had booked, though much smaller than i had anticipated. However, i was fine with that as pictures can be deceiving! What i was not ok with was the state of the apartment, the bed sheets had not been changed, there were hairs and stains in the bedding, pubic hair on the toilet seat and the whole apartment, including the shelves and cupboards were absolutely filthy...i could not even put anything on the surfaces before i cleaned everything thoroughly. When i complained, they offered to send someone to clean the place, however this 'cleaning' just involved changing the bedding and mopping the floor! I cannot believe that the hosts are advertising this as a luxury apartment...it was anything but! Avoid at all cost...really not worth the hassle. The hosts really didn't care about providing a quality service...after much to-ing and fro-ing, they offered to give me a refund, charging me the 1 night i was forced to stay (due to the late time after travelling 36 hours). Zero stars of possible!

The accommodation has exceeded my expectations! It was very easy to find, the host provided clear instructions to check in and the room was very clean and comfortable. I liked everything about my stay but most of all im grateful for the hosts (Phuong) quick and helpful reactions to all my questions and needs! I would recommend Duhaus to everyone coming to HCM and I will definitely stay there again next time. Thank you!

I really enjoyed my stay. The condo was beautiful like the photos and it was clean. A cleaner came twice during my two week stay to make sure that I was comfortable. I also appreciated the well stocked kitchen and fully equipped gym. The host were very helpful whenever I needed a taxi and recommendations for places to visit. I would stay here again. Thank you.

The condo was dirty, old, not sound proof. The showers were not good, weak water flow. The WiFi had weak signal. Landmark buildings are not Grab friendly areas since the buildings are so confused. Not a good stay experience for me.

Check-in is a hassle (no communication, no instructions), air conditioning didn’t work in one room so we had to turn it on extra high in the living room so it would reach the bedroom. Does not look like the pictures when booked. Overall okay stay- washer was nice to have. Air conditioning was strong in common area. Ample fridge space.

The listing did not match what was shown on Expedia. Before arrival, we attempted to contact the host multiple times by phone and received no response other than a brief file message. When we arrived, it took a long time to reach the host. A worker was eventually sent and appeared confused. After I showed him the Expedia listing, he stated that the location was different from what was booked. We were then shown a message from the host indicating we could stay temporarily and be moved later, which was confusing since the reservation should have matched from the start. The address and property did not match the listing, and we did not stay. This experience caused significant inconvenience and stress. Travelers should carefully verify the property details and address before booking.

We booked a riverside view but when we check in they gave us a room with no riverside view. They also tried to tell us to stay at the no view room and give us discount. Of course we do not agreed and requested refund . This is unacceptable as we’re going to Vietnam for a family emergency and only stay for 9 days. This ruin our trip.

Was scammed on my room and by this company the whole time i stayed. They put me in another apartment not where i requested to stay. No cleaning no rubbish removal no ammenities. I dont ask for much but when charging high prices more then 5 star hotels i expect more. Couldnt get into the property for 4 hours after check in due to the staff being “busy”. Please dont fall for this the reviews and everything are faked
