For starters, our apartment looked nothing like the pictures & NOTHING about our apartment was luxury!! It was about 2am local time when i arrived at the Landmark 6 building. Upon arrival at the unit the door code I was given did not work after multiple tries. Contacted host & they sent security to help. Security was on the phone with the host & was able to change the code. After about 45 min of waiting, I was able to enter the apartment. The apartment was very hot & I tried to get the air conditioning working in all rooms but wouldn't turn on. Contacted host & host did not respond for the rest of the evening. After a long day of traveling from Hawaii, I was tired & was forced to go to bed without air-conditioning for the night. The next day contacted host again about air-conditioning & a maintenence worker was sent. Turns out the breaker for the AC was off. Super Frustrating! Cable box hanging to the floor in main bedroom. Bedding, bath towels, bathmats were CHEAP! Amenties? Amenties were trash! ONE half roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, that was it! Shampoo & Body wash was left 1/4 full, no conditioner. I had to buy toilet paper, handtowels, shampoo/conditfrom Winmart! No shelves in shower to hold products. I bought bathmats too because they were gross. For the last 2 nights of our stay, one shower was running brown dirty water! Not sure if it was just my host/apartment, but I would not recommend staying here nor would I ever consider staying at this property again!

Literally said “wow” when I stepped inside seeing how cute the room is. Lovely interior, great amenities and a huge window which gives awesome lighting. And it was accompanied with a super lovely team who were always ready to support us the whole stay. Really look forward to staying with you guys again!

Communication with the owner and property manager was super tough and unresponsive. And to top it off, they asked for a 500,000 Vietnamese Dong security deposit! My husband spent most of our sightseeing time on the phone trying to figure out how to get our money back in exchange for returning the room key. What a nightmare!

The room was not what the pictures showed. It is simply a vinhome, not one of the Landmark 81 apartments. Also, the staff didn't have our rooms ready and made us stand on the sidewalk while we waited for our room. Lastly, the worst part of all, I booked three 3 bedroom suites (total of 18 ppl) and they canceled one on me and said it was an Expedia app glitch. They tried to convince me to cancel the whole reservation and I said no. Then they forced me to rent 2 other 2 bedroom units at an expensive rate, and of course I had to, as all 18 of us had already arrived. I felt helpless throughout the whole check in process and would not book again with this listing

Room 9/10 : Room bigger than expected. Enough to lay out suitcase fully open and have room to walk around. The bed was comfy and the AC was really good! The bathroom was a little damp smelling but expected from such a small room. Host 10:10 : almost immediate response and very clear instructions. Free water each day and even provided a plug adapter when I needed one

We stayed at this unit for a few hours to freshen up, and it was exactly as described by the host. The place was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near the train station, making our short stay very convenient. Communication with the host was smooth, and everything went as expected. Mochi is a great host, very helpful and kind! She has 3 beautiful and super sweet cats that make the place even cozier and more welcoming. I felt very comfortable there and Mochi is super helpful eith whatever you need! Definitely recommend staying there as it's close to a lot of restaurants, street food and parks. I'll definitely stay here again while in HCM

Comenzando porque reservamos un departamento con dos habitaciones porque éramos 3 personas y nos dieron solo una recámara con una cama, al llegar se tardaron más de media hora en llegar a la propiedad, aún y cuando avisamos media hora antes de llegar. Ofrecieron cambiarnos a un departamento más grande (el que reservé originalmente) y nunca sucedió a pesar de mis intentos por comunicarme con ellos. Nunca nos contestaron después de entregarnos la llave. Así que PÉSIMA comunicación.

Unfortunately, our stay at this property was very disappointing. We booked through Expedia based on the impressive photos and description, but none of it reflected reality. The apartment was unclean and poorly maintained. There was a thick layer of dust under the beds along with leftovers from previous guests, such as slippers and rubbish. The entire place felt neglected. The bathrooms were in particularly bad condition — moldy, stained, and generally unclean. The toilet seats were dirty, and the bed linen was wrinkled. There were no tissues, no basic sanitary items, and nothing provided to make the stay comfortable or enjoyable. Upon arrival, we were told that payment had to be in cash only. Since we didn't have cash on hand, we had to go and exchange money. The owner then asked for either cash, a deposit, or our passports as security — which we refused. Communication was very difficult as they did not speak English, and the entire check-in process took nearly an hour of stress and confusion. The only positive was the price, but even then, it did not justify the overall experience. Additionally, the tour operators were unable to collect us saying it too far; the property is not registered on Expedia Tours as a pick up option. Overall, we would not stay here again and cannot recommend it.

Could not check in the first night because the owner too busy sleeping and didn’t answer our calls/texts. Had to get a hotel. They texted the next morning at 7am and said can check now. The first room was dirty and the toilet seat was broken. It stinks like the sewage. Room didn’t look like the advertised pictures Even after requested to switch room. Room still didn’t look like in the photos . And yes the bathroom still stink. I think because the weather is humid so it’s common. Horrible communications Even though the said to refund our first night but never got it. Never responded to our pool access request and when they did it was already the next day which we had make other plans. So never got to use the pool. No hand wash or extra toilet paper. Had to go buy our own. Will try to ovoid staying with this property owner in the future. Unprofessional

The area is at the heart, Very accessible. 10 minutes away from every attraction. The place is very quiet and not that chaotic. Check in and check out is very easy! Host is very responsive as well and gave simple instructions. I loved the room also! Very cozy and good for solo travelers
