"This is a nice home in a very peace full quiet area. The large front porch was the best part for us because it looked over a large yard with hummingbirds, butterflies, and deer, in addition to distant views of Seneca Lake. The location is rural but still an easy drive to Watkin's Glen, Geneva, multiple wineries, creameries, and Farmer's Markets. Well stocked kitchen with lots of supplies for cooking and cleaning. "Wagon was much bigger than we thought. Everything was very neat and clean and we had a great time making S'mores! Highly recommended! Fires by the fire pit were amazing! Very peaceful getaway and many "dog friendly" places in the area. The town of Penn Yan was a treat too. Communications with the host were a breeze. Enjoy! "

"We so much enjoyed our two night's stay at Rainey and Jeff's campground and can't wait to return. Upon arrival, Rainey showed us around the campground, led us to our adorably decorated yurt and invited us to join the campfire later that evening for gourmet smores. "We had a great time! Owner was very responsive. We had a grill issue which he fixed immediately. Cabin was comfortable and beds were amazing. Our only "wish" was a screen on one of the doors leading to the porch. We love fresh air! That being said, the AC/Heat worked perfectly! Would highly recommend!"

"Perfect little cozy getaway spot! Everything was clean and it is obvious the host took care when selecting all of the finishes. The towels and bedding are comfy and the soaps smelled like a spa! I was having difficulty figuring out some of the television and projector technology but the host was very responsive. I'd recommend bringing drinking water but there is a water filter in the refrigerator as well. The little slippers were perfect as the floor is chilly in the winter. Great little tiny...
