* Your Vacation home away from home*
It was located in the most popular building closest to the beach with a heated outdoor pool overlooking the Villa. This was updated and newly furnished a couple of years ago.
2 bedroom and 2 bath Villa in the heart of Hilton Head Island. The unit has a fully stocked kitchen to cook meals, plus free wifi and cable. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and flat-screen tv. The 2nd bedroom will accommodate up to 4 people with a new full-size bed on one side and a set of twin bunk beds on the other side. For your convenience, we rent a storage unit under the building close to the boardwalk stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards, noodles, sand toys, shovels, and a beach wagon. You have everything you need for a day on the beach. The resort boasts wonderful amenities. There is always 24-hour security on the entire grounds. There are 2 outdoor pools an indoor pool, six lighted tennis courts, a volleyball court, and our semi-private beach. The Atrium in building #3 offers a heated indoor pool, track, exercise room, hot tub, steam room, and sauna. There is also a furnished sitting area on the second floor if you want to unwind, read a book, or relax. There is also a restroom area with a shower for your convenience. Oceanview Bike Rentals has a facility on the property under building #2. They offer all types of bikes that are always like new and you can reserve them in advance. At Pool # 1 the main pool is heated!
The Beach Bear Rest/Bar/ store has inside and outside seating areas and the outside bar during the season. For your convenience, there are restrooms there too. A few feet from the beach is Coco's Bar/Rest. which also has restrooms and a volleyball court. The Resort offers a six-seat golf cart with a roof to shuttle folks from the boardwalk to the beach on a schedule for those who don't enjoy walking. We have recently added a beach mat that extends 90 feet onto the beach so older or handicapped folks can access the beach much more easily. There is no need to leave the Resort but, there is a free Trolly pickup called " The Breeze" just outside our entrance to get around the area if you don't want to drive or Uber! Come on down and have a great stay!

Perfect Location

Communication leading up to our stay was fantastic. We received several emails with information we'd need ahead of time to plan/prepare for our trip. The villa was pretty clean (a bit of sand on the floors, a few items left behind dressers, and some of the owners (we assume) items in the guest bedroom closet). The fridge was immaculate. The dishwasher had black mold inside of it. It had been run prior to our arrival, but we chose not to use it because of the mold. The villa provided plenty of space for our family of six to eat, sleep, and relax inside of. We were thankful that there was plenty of ice already made in the freezer for us to use, and the kitchen had plenty of dishes, pans, utensils for us to use. We prepared all of our meals while there, so we appreciated being set up well for that. (My only suggestion is to have a knife that can work through a watermelon - there were plenty of serrated ones, but not a good ol' sharp guy in there.)Location of the villa is outstanding. There are four buildings, and this villa is the closest to the boardwalk. Parking was plentiful near our villa (We appreciated specific spaces for loading/unloading - awesome idea!). The storage space for the beach items was SO close to the boardwalk - prime location. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub in building three and the pickleball courts. The walk was fine to those, and there is a way to get to them through all the buildings.

Family fun!

We are a family of five and we loved staying here. It was clean and plenty of towels provided. We spent most of our time at the beach which was a close walk and Cocos had great smoothies that we enjoyed after a hot day at the beach. Shopping for groceries was a very short drive and all sort of restaurants and other shops were fun to visit. The host was very easy to contact with any questions we had.

We loved this place! The condo was in a great location in building one where the beautiful outdoor pool was. The entrance area overlooked the pool, while the balcony from inside the unit overlooked the lagoon. The condo was very nice and comfy. Great beds and everything we needed. It accommodated our family of 5 great (4 of us being adults)!The storage location with the beach wagon and supplies was in the best location, right near the path to go to the beach. We loved the stroll over the lagoon to get to the beach. The wildlife was awesome! The beach was beautiful and Coco's on the Beach had great food! The resort had so much to offer. The indoor pool was great for our one rainy day- a really special space. Overall, a great spot to stay right in the center of the island.

The condo was in a great location, close to beach and shopping. It was very clean and comfortable. Loved the beach chairs and wagon provided, the condo itself was nicely stocked. It was easy check-in/out. Ron was very quick to respond to any question I had. Overall great stay, perfect for a girl's weekend and would highly recommend!

Wedding

The villa was decorated in a beach scene. It was very clean and organized. The property was clean and the out door pool was nice. We enjoyed the bar and grill at the pool. Wedding was in front of Cocos and they hosted the reception. I would like to thank our host.

Great little condo with everything you need. Great location to explore Hilton Head and a short drive to Savannah. The onsite amenities are great especially the indoor pool for the kids.

Condo was very clean and in good condition. Well stocked and as described. Walk to beach was a bit longer than expected. We left halfway through our stay due to a few unusual issues - the water temperature in shower and also, no fault of the owner of this unit, but construction noise, hammering and all day grinding of the floor in unit directly above made it impossible to relax or even hear the TV.

Great condo and location!!

Loved the unit and we enjoyed our stay. The gate check in went very smoothly and they directed us to the unit. It is three flight up, but thankfully they had an elevator. The resort is located very close to everything in Hilton head.

Nice place close to the beach

This rental is a great little spot and nicely located on the property. However if you are a light-sleeper you should know that there is a pool in the middle of this particular building. This means that until the pool closes at 11pm, noise reverberates into the front bedroom (with the regular bed and two bunk beds). It did get nice and quiet after hours, at least in our experience. There are a few irritating quirks with the water pressure and water temp in the showers but found the bath/tub combo shower to be most useful. Appreciated the extra pantry items like s&p, cooking oil, etc and the locker full of beach toys/chairs/cart.

The property and the host were top notch for our family. We love the option of pools and/or beach. The location of this unit is perfect. Great value for our money. We will do it again in the future.

Perfect little getaway!

We really enjoyed our little getaway at this villa! The location is so convenient, once you park, you really don't even have to leave. This villa is in building one which is closest to the boardwalk to the beach and has the outdoor pool! The boardwalk is very well maintained, but is a good ways to the beach. If you have anyone with issues with walking any distance, they do offer a golf cart shuttle to and from the beach which was nice. They also have beach gear available with this rental. The beach wagon could be replaced as the side pockets were torn and was a bit rusted, but it did its job. They also had lots of beach chairs (many also rusted, but useable) and a few toys. It was nice not to have to bring our own. The villa itself was clean and well kept. There was a keurig coffee maker which was nice to have. Everything you would need was available in the kitchen. Plenty of towels for the three of us. My daughter really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. Overall, this was the perfect little getaway for us. It provided everything we would need!

Comfortable

My son and I were in the area for Christmas with my parents, where we spent most of our time. The accommodations were comfortable. The location was convenient to Hilton Head Plantation and other points of interest, being right off of 278. We did not notice much noise, which was a plus.
