"We had a fabulous family get together. Everything was as described. Very well stocked for large group. Great communication. We loved all the space, games, and the pickleball court was a hit! Any minor issues we had were addressed right away. Great place! "

"The property was big enough for our entire family to stay. The place mostly had what we needed. I would recommend bringing tinfoil, ziploc bags, and things like that because they do not supply these. Otherwise they had everything else available. The dock worked great for docking two boats. There are no neighbors by you which is fantastic. The game room was really nice to have for the night to keep the house quiet for kids but have a place where adults could be loud. Plenty to do here!"

"Truly magical. Sullivan lake is such a deep and clean lake, it is hard to beat in general. The cabin itself was very private. We loved morning coffee on the patio and the huge screened in porch was fabulous when it was raining or the mosquitoes were out. The bedrooms were large and the kitchen had a ton of space and was stocked with anything you would use to cook. It is a cabin and has some rustic-ness but the photos were accurate. "Tim's place was perfect. Tons of outdoor space to enjoy, dock in the cove was great as we could leave our boat in the water, quiet location. It is as advertised. Close to grocery store. Place was stocked with all things you would need to enjoy your stay. Highly recommend. "

"The property was a perfect fit for our small family! The weather was sub par for our stay but the porch made it easy to enjoy the cabin during the storms. Lots of games to play and space to spread out. The fishing (the main reason for our visit) was great, whether off the dock or out on the boat exploring the lake. The neighborhood is peaceful and the property is spacious. I highly recommend renting this cabin for your family and/or friends! We will definitely be back! "

"Our stay at this property was exceptional. We had a tornado warning with strong winds and rains. A tree went down into a neighbors property. The owners were professional and diligent cleaning it up. They communicated the issue and rectified it within hours. All our needs were met from a rental aspect. Little courtesies we’re extended like shampoo and conditioner. Every and I mean every need we could have had was met(fully furnished rooms down to nightlights were provided for, silverware to board...

"Our family - mom, dad, teen - really enjoyed your stay at Eagle Sands. We went kayaking, swimming, exploring, and hiking around the area. The house is very comfortable and had everything we needed. I saw eagles, hummingbirds, butterflies, and even pelicans!"

"The property was beautiful inside and out… Clean and plenty of room to spread out. The lawn to the lake was neat and well kept, and the beach was nice with a dock to sit on. We played bocce ball and swam and just enjoyed the property. The neighbor introduced himself and was very nice. Great communication with the owners! "
