"This place was very quaint. Our room was a bit small, the picture made the room look bigger than it was, The beach was a bit further than i thought because i miss read and thought we were on ocean front but at least we only had to cross the road, no counter space, and missing things that you find at any hotel but other than that , it had more postive than the negative. "We are so happy to have stumbled upon this property! As dog owners, we cherish times spent with our pup and our forever grateful for places that allow us to bring him. we were in studio unit number 18. The air conditioner was cold, was fast, and there wasn’t a lot of noise from outside while sleeping. An easy walk to the beach and restaurants, as well as a smooth contact free check-in process made it even better. We will definitely be back!"

"We spent a long weekend at this condo and loved it. Location on the beach with a top level view of the beach is perfect. Easy access to the beach if you don’t mind some stairs. Nice that they had a hose to rinse off your feet. Super clean. Can’t speak to kitchen supplies as we didn’t cook. "

"This was one of the best VRBOs I have visited. Fantastic and exactly as photographed and described. Everyting was labeled, including light swithces, which I greatly appreciated. Highly recommend unless it is a weekend we want to be there. We will be back!"

"Terrific location, on the beach; handy to downtown Fernandina Beach, Publix, restaurants. Walked the beach daily. Enjoyed the surf and the sound of waves crashing. Shelling was fun.Property was as advertised, clean and comfortable. Owners were easy to work with and helpful."

"We’ve stayed in The Terraces multiple times, almost every time we come down to visit our family in the area. It’s a perfect location to the beach, and short distance to the downtown/Centre Street area. We’ve never had any issues with the accuracy of the rental, or cleanliness. This condo is on the smaller side, but we didn’t mind that since it’s just me and the spouse, and we don’t spend a lot of time in the condo. Would rent again. "

This unit was more modern on the inside, with the floors, furniture & decor which I appreciated; it was refreshing. Jackie was a phone call/text away whenever I needed her and also went above and beyond to help us get an item we left in the unit. I would def stay here again!!"
