From the moment we arrived (actually even before arrival as the concierge assisted me in preparing an anniversary surprise for my partner), the staff was amazing. "This is one of the cutest places in Napa valley. It’s literally 10 steps from where the hot air balloons launch, has the Model Bakery on sight, and surrounded by wineries. The rooms are spacious and have a ton of amenities."

"The hotel location was great. It was with in a 20 minute drive of numerous wineries and restaurants. It was also within walking distances to local stores for the purchase of necessities. If you enjoy walking past beautify bungalows and turn of the century homes while heading Napas “Old Town” in order to enjoy the scenic Napa River and small eateries ,pubs and funky stores stay here. "We enjoyed our stay. Family of 4 with 3 teenagers, tagging along with a husband who stayed at another (more expensive hotel) for a work meeting. Nice location, right off the highway. Cute little downtown area a few blocks away. Rooms were clean. Everyone enjoyed the breakfast, the staff and the kids loved “cookie hour”. My daughter took a quick dip in the hot tub too! I have to give a special shout out to Camila who is a waitress/server in the restaurant in the lobby. She was FANTASTIC!!!!! She was very attentive and she made sure we had everything we needed.
