Room was wonderful, the bed was very comfortable and the breakfasts were terrific. This is a lovely bed and breakfast and Raphael and the staff were very helpful and welcoming.

Everything about our stay was fantastic. The host was wonderful, breakfast was amazing and the property was beautiful. The location is great and everything near by is very walkable.

I sometimes enjoyed having the entire property to myself while I was there. The property's location was exquisite, and that brand of shampoo/conditioner/shower gel is a must-have.

We had a wonderful weekend stay at the Hennessey Estate. It's a short walk from downtown Napa and provided a lovely stay. We'll certainly stop back next time we are in Napa.

Quaint historical house that has been modernized inside to be comfortable while still capturing the elegance of past times. Provided a very nice breakfast prepared by a caring staff. Met the owners who are very friendly and focused on making the stay enjoyable.

This was our first time staying at bed and breakfast and it was amazing. They had all the amenities downstairs including toothbrushes, shave kits, shower caps, everything. They had a cooler with waters and gatorades. Breakfast was really good. The location was perfect, we walked everywhere.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming bed and breakfast in Napa Valley! The room was spotless, spacious, and filled with natural light, making it the perfect place to unwind. The bed was incredibly cozy, we slept so well every night. Breakfast was delicious with fresh, high-quality ingredients and we loved taking a relaxing dip in the hot tub in the evening after a day of exploring the wineries. This boutique B&B truly made this experience stand out. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a special getaway in Napa Valley!

We had an amazing stay at the Hennessy Estate. The room was spacious and comfortable with all the comforts of a hotel (i.e., excellent linens, in room safe, toiletries, etc.) in a wonderful B&B setting. The breakfast was perfect before wine tasting all day and we enjoyed being able to walk to downtown for dinner each night. We were lucky enough to be there while the owners were there and they were delightful hosts who treated everyone to a wine tasting in the house and were always one step ahead of us on anything we might need. We will definitely be back!

The Perfect Stay

This home is absolutely stunning—beautifully renovated while preserving all of its original charm. Everything was impeccably clean, and the room felt both spacious and cozy, with an incredibly comfortable bed that made it hard to leave in the morning. Breakfast was fantastic both days, and we loved spending time in the serene spa and pool out back. The location couldn’t be better—just an easy 8-minute walk to downtown, filled with charming homes and vibrant flowers along the way. We truly can’t say enough good things about this property. An unforgettable stay from start to finish.

Excellent spot. It is a large-ish residential home in downtown Napa that has been expertly remodeled to give the experience of a B&B. Good location, 5 minute walk from downtown. We can afford nice hotels, but my wife wanted something "cute and little". A nice little B&B experience where we get some breakfast then go do some tastings. This nailed it. The room was clean with a few nice amenities (fireplace, big shower) and stylish enough to feel upper scale. The property is very self-contained - although it's in a suburb in downtown Napa, once you are there, it feels sheltered and exclusive for such a small place. Breakfast was simple, clean, tasty, and free. Coffee and some eggs on toast with roasted peppers and potatoes. Nice! As a bonus they leave the main building open; late at night I was able to go hit the kitchen to dig up a wine bottle opener, and everything is well-lit and maintained. Huge win for the price.

If a peaceful elegant stay is what you are envisioning, this is the perfect spot! Located just a 3 min drive from downtown (10-15 min walk)- you are close enough to the action but away from the busyness. The property is a Victorian home that has been updated with a nice modern twist. With lovely sitting nooks, outdoor nooks, pool/hot tub/sauna, and a freshly made breakfast… you could stay in and lounge all day if you wanted to! Everything was super easy. Check in codes are given beforehand via text, and you can get your questions answered via text. Would highly recommend this stay for couples, girls getaways, or a solo trip while enjoying Napa!

The recent renovations were impressive – the property still had a new smell, and the modern updates were beautifully done. The room was spacious, offering plenty of room to relax. The bathroom was immaculate, showcasing meticulous attention to cleanliness. The breakfast was delicious, providing a great start to the day. Staying at Hennessey Estate in Napa was such a special experience. From the moment I arrived, I could tell how much thought went into blending the historic charm of the Victorian house with modern touches. The property is gorgeous — the wrap-around porch, the gardens, and the little details in the architecture make it feel timeless yet welcoming. The location couldn’t be better. I loved being able to walk right into downtown Napa for wine tastings, amazing restaurants, and the Oxbow Market. It felt private and tucked away but still central to everything. My room was spacious, cozy, and beautifully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the bathroom was spotless with spa-like details, and everything felt both luxurious and homey. I especially enjoyed having quiet mornings with coffee in the garden before heading out for the day.
