"We visited Hill City for the 4th of July to celebrate and visit family. We wanted our own space to retreat to with our two children and this property was perfect! It sits just outside of town, away from the crowds but close enough to quickly get back to the fun! The units were clean, nicely organized and had everything we could have needed if we forgot something. The view of Hill Lake is gorgeous. I highly recommend this place if you need a quiet, peaceful lake retreat! "

"The yurt was great. Very clean, super cozy and cute with all the amenities of home, including lots of added touches -- welcome basket, smores kit and fire kit ready to go, and a cart to haul our belongings. The property was well marked and easy to find. Would definitely go back again "

"Amazing location on a quiet bay for relaxing. The lake is gorgeous with very clear water with a beautiful green color. We could not believe how quiet the lake was for Labor Day weekend. Would definitely stay again!"

"The hot tub was wonderful! The host was responsive and helpful, and the place was clean and cute. We loved the outdoor spaces and seeing wildlife. The lake was low while we were there which was unfortunate, but still a nice backdrop to our weekend anyway. Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed."

"We had a great visit at the cabin in the Hidden Pines. The cabin size worked well for our group of six adults. We especially liked the screened-in porch for all our meals. "This property has everything you are looking for a north woods experience. The loons, the fish, the heron(lots of wildlife.) It doesn’t take expert fishing know-how to catch fish off the dock. A rod, a hook, and a worm. Any child will be impressed with your fishing acumen. The cabin is clean, organized, and has everything you need for a complete vacation experience. "The cabin was nice with a great private yard and dock. The lake was quiet and we only saw three boats out at the same time as us, even on the weekend. It is not handicap friendly with the hill to the lake being steep and all bedrooms upstairs, but if mobility isn't an issue, it's a nice place to stay. "
