"I’ve stayed to ere twice with my dog and my toddler and both times the staff were consistently professional and very courteous, the rooms are great and clean. Great location for business and shopping, but yet peaceful and quiet for rest and relaxation. "

"This was the second time at Clarence House. Overall I will say it's a great place to stay. The staff are always great and willing to go an extra mile to provide any help requested. The restaurant also serves great food. The rooms are clean and spacious. Will definitely return again. "

"This was the first time for me staying at the Sankara in Nairobi, and I found the hotel to be excellent both in terms of comfort and cleanliness. My room was modern and well appointed and very comfortable. The food in the restaurants was good ands the steakhouse Graze was 4 out of 5 stars. The staff - 10 stars out of 5. Very (super) friendly and helpful and came through on every request. The only minor squawk I would give the hotel is that the bar on the first floor could do with an update...

"A great find that replicated the feeling of home while away. Large comfortable bedrooms with multiple full bathrooms and a fully furnished kitchen. Access to a good gym, so good a colleague at another hotel sought to use it for its squat rack. Great location with access to Westgate Shopping, several business partners, local food and shopping of the upmarket and down market varieties. The staff was consistently on-point with quick service and pre=preemptive supports. "

"The food and the drinks was A 1 . Me and my travel group of friends was well taken care of .Quick transportation and very close to the mall and the nightlife . When you go to the bar ask for a strawberry margarita with Don julio. They make it the best in kenya . Very good staff as well . "

"Decent rooms. OK TV channels. NICE gym. Great pool (gets a lot of local school swimming classes.) Super outside areas .. you're in your own beautiful garden within the city. Walk across the street to Sangrit Mall. Quick travel from airport and into West Nairobi via freeway. Good food and prices. Room price can't be beat compared to other similar options "

"Avoid this place like the plague, the daytime manager is a complete scammer, the very first morning of our stay he introduced himself and suggested to me that we have an adult's conversation as he wanted another 1000 Kenyan shillings per night, I said I paid via hotels.com website by credit card, his reply was that the complex was under new management and the tariffs were different, I said I have paid and the new management didn't affect my booking.
