"The property is small and cozy as described, facilities are tidy and clean. We couldn’t receive the check-in instructions until we call at check-in time, the problem is solved quickly. A reminder that the toilet door is a reused old front door, that means when you lock it, you should lift the handle up first and then turn the button. "This hotel is basically student accommodation, running and shouting down the hall ways around midnight. Eventually moved room after initially being told hotel was full to then be told "my bad" we have another room."

"Last minute booking made at 8pm by 11.30pm was at the property and no lockbox enaul had been forwarded so could not get into the property. Had to find alternative accomodation as could not waitcany longer for the info as no indication my issue was being addressed. Finally received the lockbox email at 12 30am 4.5hrs after the booking. Would not advise last minute/evening bookings for this venue."

"This was a lovely two night's spent. The room was clean and the staff was lovely. The area was right next to the highstreet with loads of shops, restaurants and even parks to choose from. The people in the area were friendly as well. My partner and I were pleasantly surprised and would highly recommend booking a stay at the NAP HOTEL! We'll definitely be back soon."

"Staff member Gabriel was amazing on the night shift! We had just come back from Wembley and with the trains being delayed the food we had ordered arrived at the hotel before we did! However, when we did arrive, Gabriel had accepted the order for us, kept it safe and provided us with some ice so we could have cold water to drink given it was a hot night. We are so grateful to Gabriel and his help, he is a testament to your hotel."
