"Very convenient as it’s a blocks from the main train station. We got the room that had 4 beds and it was extremely spacious for our family of four. The property is close to various restaurants and bus stops. Would definitely recommend and I have nothing negative to say about our stay and would definitely stay when back in Kyoto "

"Spacious room. I love the fact that the hotel has a traditional old Japanese house. So feel like I am transported to the olden days. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Always have a smile and greet you. Made us feel so welcome. The room is absolutely lovely. Bed was very comfy. Had plenty of room for our two big luggages. The bathroom was lovely. Shower was really nice. "

"Absolutely lovely little hotel, that offers spacious rooms ( hard to find in big cities of Japan). Front desk hours are well pronounced, and there was always someone at those hours. Its only few rooms hotel, so do not expect an attendances or room service. If you are looking for spacious, two beds room, this is a great find. There was a refrigerator in the room, bathtub and shower and everything you need, easy to find, great location "

"Great property. I would recommend people to stay here. I enjoyed the sauna very much! They assisted us with sending our luggage to the airport as well. They forgot to clean our room when we requested twice but it is due to technical issue and they apologised. The breakfast has great options and worth to try at least once. "

"This hotel was convenient to the train station. However the rooms were a bit tired and in need of refreshing. Plus, the light switches were in a super inconvenient location on the wall next to one bed. The staff was fine, but not particularly friendly. The onsen was great, although often filled with noisy children. All in all, it was our least favorite hotel that we stayed at during our travels in Japan. "

"I love the Monday aprt chain! This was the second one on our Japan trip. Love the amenities. Love the service of the staff.
