"Few little things, emailed the owner directly but would not stop me from staying again! Very clean, great access to airport, nice quiet area!"

"Check in and communication with Lisa was easy. We asked about the kayaks and they were moved to a very accessible location for our stay. The property was in a perfect location for our needs – close to Cedar Rapids Airport and also Iowa city. We were there for a family gathering and the night everyone came over it was about 11 of us. There were plenty of tables and chairs for everyone to eat dinner on the deck. The cabin was thoughtfully supplied with extras of everything we needed – toilet...

"We chose to stay here for a baseball tournament since Marion does not have many hotel choices. It was close to the fields and when our schedule changed the host was able to help us change dates. We will definitely be back. "

Our family enjoyed all the amenities that the property offered; foosball showdowns at least twice daily, music with a great ambience of the screened in porch, fire pit, grilling, coffee on the deck near the river, fishing nearby, friendly neighbor ducks and dogs. The house was clean, comfortable, and moderately stocked with the essentials-perfect for a low-maintenance stay.
