"I was surprised to find we were staying in Student accommodation. Our room was actually 3 separate lockable bedrooms with a shared lounge and kitchen. It was adequate. But sparten. There was wayer damage in the bathroom. And both bathrooms were tiny. There was no facility to store our bags, before check in. "Very well-organized and they paid a lot of attention to detailing every aspect and documenting it on their website. The self check-in and check-out is smooth and went without any issues. All appliances worked perfectly. The hallway was a bit noisy, especially when other apartments close their doors, it shakes the whole apartment. The check-out is 10 AM which I consider early."

"No one took care of our check in. We waited for the staff to come for an hour in the rain but still no one showed up. Finally he guided on the phone to get in the apartment. This is ridiculous! The kitchenwares were all very dirty which couldn't be used if we didn't wash it ourselves. But there was no detergent provided. The washing machine and the toaster were very so dirty that we didn't try to use them. However the cleaning charge of £50 was still charged! We asked the staff to come twice...

"We had a great stay in this lovely flat. It's super close to Tulse Hill station, has a well equipped kitchen, great garden and two great bedrooms. It also had a third room that was perfect for working and for a travel cot. The flat is stylish with high quality linens and towels."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Plumstead. There were 6 of us on a mom and daughters’ trip and we had a ton of space to spread out. We loved the local area, especially the Plumstead Commons park, the Star pub and the Boba tea shop. A grocery is right down the hill.
