"Best boutique hotel in the old town in Luxembourg. Conveniently located. Close to historic places as well as shopping and dinning. All high end stores are close by to include Galleries Lafayette. Public transportation is free. The room was spacious. The staff were very attentive."

"Amazing Breakfast open till late during the weekend (11.00 saturday, 12.00 sunday) and very good vegan choices. Decent Gym, the room is very spacious and there is a good amount of equipments, even though some of them are a bit outdated and need maintenance or to be changed. Location is very good, few minutes from aiport and 20 minutes from city center by bus and despite being close to the aiport there is no noise at all. The size of the room was average but adeauste. "Hôtel Kazakiwi secteur de la gare au Luxembourg se démarque par son emplacement. Quartier populaire tranquille et piétonnier, proximité de la gare centrale. William le directeur, nous accueille avec le sourire, à notre arrivée à midi, la chambre était déjà disponible. Chambre lumineuse soigneusement décorée sobrement, chambre de bain complète, lit confortable, ameublement de bon goût et moderne. Le buffet déjeuner est appétissant comporte des plats variés. Le décor est moderne et contemporain....

"They didn't open for checking-in as they said their checking-in time was 3 pm, so I had to wait, after 10 minutes I rang the hotel to open the hotel entrance. Staff were not welcoming and not friendly."

S'hi serveixen esmorzars, dinars i sopars

"The staff at reception was very friendly and helpful. They helped on a number of different occasions with many questions we had. The hotel was writhing 25-20 minute walks from many attractions and around the block from the bus to the airport. The only downside was that our room was a bit damp so towels didn’t dry enough for us to take more advantage of the green opportunities to not change towels each day, overall it is a place we would stay again."

"Great stay at Best Western Victor Hugo Awesome location right by the Théâtre tram stop. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!"

"The building and room (suite) was lovely, the bed super comfy and all in a perfect location. But, the daily cleaning of the room could have been a bit more thorough. And when we asked for some still water before bed (on the first day there was a bottle in the room), we were sent down to the bar, where we had to buy a bottle for 8euros!!! "

"The property had everything you need. Great customer service, close options for paid parking and the staff recommended places free parking on weekends. Close to public transportation that is free in all of Luxembourg. The only improvement recommendation is to improve breakfast options but would still give their breakfast 7-8/10"

"Loved the AC! Our room was facing the courtyard so it was peaceful and quiet. It was close to all the attractions we went to as well as the trams, but we just walked everywhere. The bed was actually comfortable for me"
